Hi , She ordered the wood painted door and at time of sale it was explained to her that painted doors will have split between joint at any time She claimed that she is designer and only will take pained door After months she complained about one door cracked and we send our technician to touch up door and install two new painted doors We also ordered touch up paint for her at no cost to make her happy In painted door middle panel is not fix so it expend due to weather if needed Two doors are made new and install for her but she is claiming door cracked , I personally visited on 1/*/and saw these doors they are ok but she is not happy so I took some pictures and forwarded to our supplier After examine the pics they came back and told us that paint can separate at joint in painted door any time due to change in weather and it is not covered under warranties so I forward that email to her yesterday and today without calling us she put a complaint Even if we make these doors again this will happened again due to nature of painted doors Please let us know what we can do make her happy WE Take pride inn our work and have 100% satisfaction from our servicePlease contact us at ###-###-#### if you need more information Thanks

Is getting a refund from him the answer? I have never had this kind of problem before and am extremely upsetI was in business years ago and my motto had always been the customer is always rightAs for his man fixing one of the doors that split after a month, his method was to apply the product used to seal sinks to counter, and not paint which would have been the proper way to repairThe product's color is not the same color as the paint usedHis work is very inferior

Dear [redacted]   Thank you for taking the time to communicate to us why our two wood painted doors did not meet your expectations.  We have every desire to address your needs and provide the best solution available to resolve your issue as soon as possible. As per the door dealer these doors are good as per the painted door production but we are willing to remake these two doors and install for you at no cost.      Please let us know asap if you like us to reorder these two doors.
