I got a dt466 engine from us engine production and I love it.

[Your Answer Here]i am waiting to receive the next engine, they told me that the last engine that I sent back is in good conditions , only what they did is changing some bad engine parts., I told them that all that I need is a good engine, I paid a lot of money for a remanufactured engine, I did not pay for an engine failing, well, in other words I am wating to receive my new engine, and I will call you when I receive it., that is what they told mei apreciate your attention,and be sure that I will send you an e-mail when this ends in good terms. thank you again *** ***

Horrible, I took out my engine dt466 even though I could do a inframe. I spent extra time and money to go extra mile. Big mistake using these guys. I even recomended another friend to them since price was good. To good to be true of course. I tried to bring truck to them and they tried to fix but was smoking out of blow by worse then ever. They could not figure out what they did wrong. They told me sorry but we dont know whats wrong. They wanted me to take out engine again. I wasnt spending another penny with them. I brought iy to another diesel shop and they said the liners and some other oring were put in wrong. This place also told me they install for truck king and I believed them. I drove to truck king and they said nowayyy. Truck king told me they buy the infram kit from truck king and they even ask to borrow tools from truck king. Im the sucker. Stay away from these people. I had to spend additional 8k somewhere else to redo the job. These guys have several names online. The guy who took my check his name is eddie. They should of done right thing and fix it. He told me sorry we are rebuilders not mechanics wowwww

I was going to buy optimizer engine but after reviews I cancelled
owner called me back and guarantee me best service and agreed to use paypal as secure payment
it took ne a few weeks to get my mechanic ready and get funds for this job and whern I called to order engine and they said I cant use paypal because fees are high and send me email it took me so long to call back, what a joke
they were rude and unprofessional
I am glad I didnt purchased engine from this company and I believe all those bad reviews

Smart man. They screwed me with a crap rebuild. Had to pay twice. They wouldnt warranty their work

US engine production sent 4b cummins late and said shipping company dropped thenine they had built so it would be late for the fourth day in a row. They said were sending brand new engine but when I received it it clearly was tagged as a remaned engine. I told them I needed 9mm injector ports they sent head with 7 mm ports. Also came with wrong housing for injector plate which they never asked about. Today I called as to why $750 core charge had not been refunded. He said crank was broke... I said the case was cracked?.. he said no the crank was broke so it’s not a good core and that he would send digital photos, which they have not done either. Biggest liars I have ever dealt with, and I will be contacting both my credit card company disputing charges as well as my attorney. These [removed] need to have a class action law suit filed against them.. whose in?

Im in , they are big liars and crooks and dont bavk warranty.

Review: I bought a 6.5 turbo disel engine for my hummer h1, on march ** 2014, the engine did not work, failed internal parts, the company sent to me another engine, but failed again, I returned the second engine, and they sent another engine, the third one., again; the engine fails with the same problem, a lot of black smoke, and one cylinder is not working, again an internal fail, I paid a lot of money to the mechanich, oil,antifreeze, a/c freon, etc, the company is lying to me saying that is a good engine, and when the mechanich do his job, the engine fails! this is the third engine and probably the will send the fourth one! I need to know what is happening, I paid a lot of money for the hand job, please I down on my knees for help, I need a true good engine, help me to talk to the company, I just need the good engine that I paid for. when I need parts (i supposed that the warranty covers they never want to send the parts,and again I need help, I think that what is happening to me is a nightmare, 3 engines, and now I am waiting what they going to tell me, I think that they will want to send the fourth engine, please, do something for me. [redacted]if you need more information I will do better in [redacted], but I can tell to my brother to send another e-mail to you, I have the video when the engine is failing, and a lot of bills for the cost of installation the engine. thank you again.Desired Settlement: I need a truly good engine, I understand that it is remanufactured, but they sent a very very bad engines. please tell to them that dont lie.

Review: I purchased a motor from this company on 8/**/2013 for $3135.00. I ran the motor for about a month putting 2,500 miles on the motor. The motor started knocking so I went ahead and took my vehicle to a diesel specialist to get it checked out.. After I spoke to [redacted] who told me that I would need to get it checked. He also said that if it was a diesel knock that I would have to pay for shipping to send motor back to new York and back home Turns out the knocking was from inside the motor that I had purchased. I called [redacted] to let him know of the problem. I then had to pay a mechanic to put in and take out motor about $2103.44 I was sent another motor that he claimed was [redacted] tested when my mechanic put in the motor it didn't have oil pressure. Mechanic got permission from [redacted] to take out oil pan to see what was going on. mechanic found oil sludge he charged me $501.18. The motor began knocking again after it turned on. I called [redacted] back to inform him of the problem again. Got permission again to take off valve cover found that the head was cracked. After speaking to [redacted] again and having my truck in the shop for about 3months waiting for a new head. I was sent the wrong head. I purchased another head for $541.25 +$953.93 to remove and replace with a new head. MY year warranty is almost up I have two months left. I haven't been able to use my vehicle for 10months jus waiting on parts and having a hard time, being talked to very rudely with this company. I was told by [redacted] today 6/**/2014 that my claim got denied. I had spoken with [redacted] prior from today that I just wanted my money back and that he could keep his motor and not ship it back to me he refused to do so claiming it wasn't his problem. All I want is to get reimbursed for all the expenses I had to pay out of my pocket for their bad products and get my years warranty worth.Desired Settlement: I want to get reimbursed $1,995.18 for my out of pocket expenses and my years warranty.
