I keep getting calls from 1-800-542-on my cell phone Sometimes they call more than once each day They say they are US Enrollment Group, blah blah blah I select to opt out, but the calls keep coming They do not have any of my credit card information, and I am not about to give any out This is not a reputable business, otherwise they would not be calling cell phones and they woul dhave my credit card info

This company has helped me so much with my current credit situation, my score has improved so much and any negative remarks/inquiries have been removed from my credit file Highly recommend to anybody!!

I really appreciated the information US Enrollment Group gave meThey are very knowledgeable about the current Debt Programs being offered, and the company I am working with is great! If it weren’t for the letter they sent me, I don’t know what I would have doneI was drowning in interest, and now I feel freeThanks! I would highly recommend Prime Solutions as a debt relief debt counselling business, I have been working with them since March 2016. They have really helped me with major issues. Everything they tell you absolutely works if you dig in bite the bullet and accept help. It is rough at first but you can do it

I select 9 to opt out, but the calls keep coming. They do not have any of my credit card information, and I am not about to give any out. This is not a reputable business, otherwise they would not be calling cell phones and they woul dhave my credit card info.

I have been getting flyers from this corporation for months. I assumed that since they had a Better Business Rating that they were on the up and up. I asked them for a physical address and it took forever for them to give me one. On the Revdex.com site I learned they were licensed , #149.
When I called the San Diego County Assessors Office I spoke to a very nice lady who told me the address they gave me appeared to be a warehouse ! She also told me that they had not completed their incorporation. She gave me a number for the Franchise tax Board who I called , as well as the AG of California, who informed me that they were NOT incorporated. I have spoken with Andrew Smith who is listed as the controlling shareholder in this business as well as Rory who works there. I COULD NOT FIND OUT IF THEY WERE BONDED BUT I SUSPECTNOT/ They have perfectly orchestrated answers to any questions that I asked, but the fact remains : They ARE NOT REPUTABLE. BEWARE!

They have not provided the debt resolution services to me as we agreed upon.

On the following dates they took money from my bank account as follows: on 12/18/2014 for $400.00 and on 1/18/2015 in the amount of $512.08 and the same amount again on 2/18/15 totaling $1424.16.

Since I didn't provide them with my bills and collection letters from my creditors they haven't done anything to follow up with their part of the agreement, in that respect I need my refund back.

I have call them and speak to two customer services representatives but they refuse to refund my money.Desired Settlement: I need my refund back for $1424.16 as there were no services rendered. For three months I've paid them for nothing. I don't need their services anymore, I just need my money back
