was the first time they had ever calledWe made a service call on 6/We found it necessary to make drain changes due to the distance from the unit to the drainWe returned on 6/23/to do the repairWe did not have a third call or were never asked to returnDurring the last months we have not received any calls reporting any problems or concernsI am not sure who they talked to at Kinetico corporate as there is no *** in customer relationsWe take our customer concerns very seriously and always respond and rectify all concernsI would have done the same for the ***'s as well but this is the first time since 6/23/that we had any notion that they were unhappyI would be happy to address any concerns and do whatever it takes to make them happyI just need to know as we can not fix what we don't know aboutIt will be hard if we are not welcomed backThis is our first Revdex.com Complaint ever and would be happy to address their concerns

Following the correction of the drain, There was another call from myself, expressing my dislikes and concerns about the softenerThe reason that there was minimal contact since the middle of 2015, is that my wife had to have major open brain surgery and we have been pre occupied with thisHowever, my wife and I feel like the softener does not work as advertised and feel that we are wasting our moneyThe salesman, *** vowed to follow up with us and do periodic test to make sure that were happy with the unitSince he left with the final signature needed from us in hand, we haven't heard and or seen from himThis is reason to be leery of the product in itselfWe honestly would just prefer the unit to be removed and our money to be refunded, that is all
