This company is ridiculousI am trying to cancel my account and I cannot talk to a customer service repI have called them numerous times and the hold times are over minutes each timeI can't wait all day to talk to someone, its insaneI tried acting as a new customer and voila got to speak with someone in a matter of minutesI have never experienced such ridiculous hold timesEach time it has been minutes plusIts sad to see how they treat new business but do not care about established customersI do NOT recommend this company

Dealing with this company was a terrible experienceThey do not submit your payments on a bi-weekly basis; they do so on a monthly basisCompany representatives informed me that the savings comes in because biweekly payments equate to two extra payments per year; however, they charge an annual fee of $My monthly payment was not even that much, therefore it would cost me money to have this company submit my paymentsYou are better off making payments directly to your creditor and saving yourself their feesMy car dealership pushed this company hard, so they probably get a kickbackSave yourself the trouble and set up biweekly payments online with your bankDealt with two representativesFirst one was snarky and rude; however, the one who actually closed my account was civilFinally, all of the positive reviews on *** appear to come from employeesNotice there are only "1s" and "5s" and no in betweensI'm lucky I researched the company and cancelled early onJudging from what people have said online, it's difficult to get refunds from this company

U.S Equity Advantage has been anything but an advantage . They have repeated debited my account inadequately even after contacting them to make them aware. They have also been unwilling to refund the fee incurred with their errors once it was determined the errors were due to their incorrect information .
It would be more beneficial to deal directly with your lender to inquire if they have their own automatic payment program .
I would not suggest this service for anyone unless you are needing stress and drama in your life.

This company is ridiculous. I am trying to cancel my account and I cannot talk to a customer service rep. I have called them numerous times and the hold times are over 30 minutes each time. I can't wait all day to talk to someone, its insane. I tried acting as a new customer and voila got to speak with someone in a matter of minutes. I have never experienced such ridiculous hold times. Each time it has been 30 minutes plus. Its sad to see how they treat new business but do not care about established customers. I do NOT recommend this company.
