Gave them a sample of my water with a promise to share results with me When the results came back, they contacted me wanting to schedule an appointment to share the resultsBeing aware that they sell water processors, I asked if this was going to be a hard sell for their equipment in order to get my resultsI told them if they wanted to leave a brochure with me, that would be alright - but I did not want to listen or want to sold any of their equipmentI was assured this would not happen and went ahead and scheduled an appointmentWell, when Bob Daniels, the salesman, arrived, he immediately started to show and explain to me about all their 'wonderful' products/equipment, telling me that the bottled spring water I drink was not goodI twice interrupted him and explained that I'm only interested in the test results today as I was promised when scheduling the appointmentOn the third time he quickly got out his notes and read off some numbers so quick I didn't even have a chance to write them downThat was the last strawI gave back his business card sheet and asked him to leave which he did without any issuesThis experience was like the "free vacation in Hawaii" if you agree to their high pressure sales pitchnot what I expected and certainly not what I was promised I talked to the owner, Dorella F*, whose excuse was they were training the woman who set up my appointment and was just a "misunderstanding"Don't waste your time if it is valuable

The negative reviews on here a pretty oldIf those were the tactics in the past, then I wouldn't have even gotten to this pointMy experience with Arizona Environmental Progress has been one of the few pleasant business experiences I've had since moving to ArizonaThey made it plainly obvious that they did not represent the state of ArizonaI had every intention of getting a water softener system when I purchased my houseLet me say this, if live in Arizona, you'll know if you need oneThe water in my year old house was so bad that green residue was building up around the faucets, my skin was constantly cracked, my eyes burned when I got out of the shower, and we won't go into the odd smell of the waterAnyway, I knew I was going to get one and was just waiting for a door-to-door personA friend of mine already had a similar experience so I knew what to expect as wellThe plumbers were fast and professionalThey actually came early! I got a free cooking set as a promotion for the weekend they were selling (which is awesome because the water had already damaged my new pots and pans after only months)They have a gift system for recommendations, but really unnecessary since, other than the pots and pans I had all the other gifts alreadyStill, nice offersPerhaps my predisposition to buy, my awareness based on other's experience, and my personal knowledge that "yeah, my water is crap", colors my positive reviewI can't speak on how things were or years ago, but as of 2018, I've had a wonderful sales experience and month later they have made good on all their promisesMy skin feels great, my water isn't iffy smelling, I love my new cleaning products...I could go onIf you don't have loop in your home but thinking about getting one, I won't say you must use this company, but don't ignore the positive effects a water filtration system can have on your home in ArizonaJust having the loop increases your home's resale valuePlus, purified water running through your pipes will reduce the costly plumbing expenses you'll have down the linePlus, they will move the system to your new house :)! So it's really a one time purchase with a load of benefitsThe only thing I can say that puts me at a four star review instead of a five star is that their phone person, I don't know the name, that called my friend who I had told I was going to give them her info as a recommendation (she also mentioned wanting to get a system) was very rudeWhoever this woman was was being unnecessarily assertive for a non-sales pitchThat's some shady tacticLet the people going to the house be the salesmen, just make the appointments
I have had this water system in my home for almost yearsThis system recently began leaking all over the floorI had a technician come out to look at it and apparently it is going to cost dollars for a new tank and a valve rebuildKeep in mind that I had already spent dollars for the water systemThey recommend a tech come out to service the unit every to years at about dollars per visit if the system doesn't need anythingI had them replace the RO filters at dollars time and then the following times bought the filters myself at home depot for dollarsThe RO system also sprung a leak which would have cost me another dollars even though it was their install so I did the repair myself but it had already ruined my cabinetThe water system has performed fair but not as well as they claimThe system gave us orange water for years which we found out after doing some research that it was a harmless bacteriaThe system also does not remove microbial particulates or parasites which can cause sicknessThe only reason I'm writing this review is because there are better water systems currently available for less money nowIf you decide to go with this system the life expectancy is years and then you will be dumping more money into itOther persons reviews are complaining about sales tacticsI'm simply rating the system on its performance
Being new to Arizona I thought this was normal, come to find out we were very wrong We received a knock on our door one night, the lady said they were out doing a study to check the water levels in Gilbert She gave me a bottle and I filled it She then gave me a piece of paper and said I could call if I want in about two weeks for the results Then I received a call about my water and how they wanted to share the results with me times they called Then a guy showed up and started into a high pressure sales pitch about how bad my water was and that Gilbert isn't responsible for clean water that is up to me Then he said my something something dissolved solids were off the chart and that the EPA only allows and the chart goes to and mine was I ask the guy isn't the EPA in charge of making sure the water is ok for me to drink? and he said "no", I said I was going to report Gilbert's water to the EPA to get it cleaned up, and he said "good luck"
I am going to file a complaint with the EPA about Gilbert's water and let them talk to this company about their results But I believe this is nothing more then a scam from the word go

We specifically asked if he was welling water treatment systems and if so, we were not interested Said that if we did submit, we'd get a $gift card Got a call asking to bring us the results and schedule a call Again said that we were not interested in sale call but did expect of $gift card None came so I called and spoke with the Durella the owner's wife who said that Jacob should not have said that but that she would send the card To date none has been received Our across the street neighbor did schedule a meeting; they called several hours after aptto say they'd been delayed and rescheduled; they were to get a $card for the inconvenience You got it...it has never arrived either

I am so glad to have had my water tested by this company! I'm not from Arizona and I knew something was up with my skin and clothesI thought it was the dryness in Arizona but I was so wrong! Thank you so much! Now I'm having better skin and a cleaner home and clotheseveryone should have theirs tested and it didn't cost me anything to find out the results, I even got a gift!
