Good Evening I purchased a car at this dealership buy here pay here about year agoEverything seemed fine until I kept seeing a 39Late Chargebeing added to my Payment recipeMy husband and I got the car and they only did AutoPay so we set up autopay with the at the dealership to be taken out of our account every two weeks on my paydayLike I said everything was fine until the beginning of this year I kept seeing the late charges and I already called them so MANY times and always say quotwe will contact you backquot but NEVER DO I just reached out to them again and Ms[redacted] totally ignored me and never replied to my chat after I told her it was meThe late charges are about or every time but I don39t understand WHY if is on AUTOPAYThe due date is every Friday and they take it out first thing in the morning but still charge me a fee for being late On the recipe it says a totally different due date which again I don39t understand if they have Product_Or_Service: C

I purchased a BMW 328i in March with this buy here pay hereI also did in-house financing with a personal loan with them for my down paymentI wasn't aware of my personal loan being behind in paymentsI have not received a call/text from US Express Auto regarding thisI have contacted one of the sales rep '***? every week regarding my loan weekly payment(car note)They have came and reposted my car for a payment of $which I could've paid IF I was aware of being behind in my personal loanWhen I first called the finance to see if my car was stolen/repo and why, they acted as if they didn't knowI have texts from the sales rep [redacted] stating repo fee was $When I went to collect the paperwork from the US Express, they put on my credit that repo fee is 1200+additional for an attorney when they sold the car less than a week of the repoThe owner [redacted] tried to open up a gap insurance claim of a total loss of vehicle under my name with their companyOnce

I bought a vehicle 2007 [redacted] truck on 3/27/2018 I had [redacted] and all on the vehicle. I went to have the oil changed and transmission flushed. The next day. When my vehicle started shaking and traction control light and stabilitrak light came on after I left I took my truck back to Good year they kept it over night and the next day they said cylinder 6 was misfiring and recommended me to go to [redacted] Tires to have the check my motor. [redacted] schedule me for Monday 4/2/2018. The owner [redacted] called me and stated that I had oil in cylinder 6 and valve damaged and I was sold a lemon because this had not just happen. He asked me how many days I had I told I had just purchased on the 3/27/2018 he explained to me what the lemon law was.
