Steve and his family are great people in the optics business and you can count on them to make your experience right! A+
I purchased a reflex from this company about months ago and five months into owning it the lenses developed a hairline fractureThe company did replace it but I had to pay $for that replacementRecently I purchased another scope (2-8x28) but this one creeps forward on the rail after firing my rifle about timesI put a gasket material on the rail and put red locktite on the threadsIt stopped its forward movement but the scope won't adjust the windage to the leftIt took several phone calls and e mails before they respondedI know of others that have had similar problems but their sales rep Steve refuses to believe that they have a systemic problem
