They had us working significant time over a weekend on a time sensitive matter where they had promised to pay another $600 fee which they never paid. He also was aware that the fees paid were nonrefundable and signed a contract to that effect. Unfortunately, the paperwork case was compounded in difficulty by the fact Mr. [redacted] had voluntarily returned his child to the foster parents. Mr. [redacted] is not entitled to any refund from us. Thank you.

Again I was told I was being recorded and that the 250 was a good faith deposit to retain the attorney mr [redacted] who I thought was representing me in all aspects of the case just not document printing. I didn't know until the following day after I paid the 250 and my wife asked mr. [redacted] about someone being with us in Tennessee that we were only going to have papers printed and that it would cost more to have an attorney there. I paid the 250 on a Friday afternoon, received the phone call from mr. [redacted] Saturday afternoon who told me it was going to cost more for an attorney, I sent cancellation emails to everyone right after that (which he himself may not have received because while I was on the phone with him he told me he was getting new computers installed and couldn't send me the questionnaire I needed to fill out which is supposedly similar to a deposition). I didn't receive that email from him until Sunday afternoon. I had asked to cancel services with them Saturday afternoon!!!
