Review: My elderly father, [redacted], loaned this company $26k which is documented in a contract with [redacted], CEO at the time. I contacted Mr. [redacted] and subsequent CEOs only to resolve no issues as to repayment. Certified letters with documentation of this loan were returned to sender. I have been unable to reach anyone regarding this loan for the last two years. Can you provide information on contacting this company and or how to try to resolve the issue. I am willing to take legal action if I can get up to date information. I feel this was taking advantage of an elder.Desired Settlement: Repayment of a loan made in 2009 of $26k at an interest rate of 12%.
