within the next six months.Mr. [redacted] credit  was pro-rated for the number of days in the contract period that coverage was provided. This credit balance was reduced by a snow removal service that was performed outside of the contract period, leaving a credit of $289.42 due. This was all detailed on thecertified letter he received.
Because Mr. [redacted] indicated that he had paid $600 for the season (Dec 21, 2015 thru March 31, 2016), I went back to double check my records, as I was showing a payment of $560.00. I apologize, he is correct. Different size lots are invoiced different amounts, and because I hadmany customers, I made an entry error when transferring the information to the 'route sheet'.
So, the credit refund due is:$289.42 + $40.00 initial payment error = $329.42 not the $400.00 he indicates in his complaint.
I am doing the best I can in repaying my customers, and have mailed many refunds to date Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] has not yet received his refund as of the date of this letter.

Stan's Landscaping Services, LLC plans to reimburse you for this credit balance on your account. Unfortunately, again for reasons stated above, this may need to be done on an installment payment basis. You will need to Secure another provider for the remainder of this season. There are many providers available, not limited to the following recommended ones:

I am working on paying them back and it may take a little longer then I wanted due to unforeseen circumstances.

to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Mr. [redacted] answer is too vague - he originally stated that repayment would be made within six months.  It has now been almost 9 months.  He also does not address the discrepancy in what is owed.  I would be agreeable to reducing the amount of the refund to $475 (which is close to what it would be if I pursue small claims court) - and that the payment be received in full by October 15, 2016.
