your telephone conversation with Mr. Mario D[redacted] today regarding a claim for a refund offees paid by your company as they relate to a commercial loan facilitated, approved and documented in August of 2014 and subsequently withdrawn by you and your company, it is agreed by all parties that a settlement of 50% is acceptable. The total amount of this settlement offer is $484.75. I [redacted] of [redacted], LLC hereby accept the settlement offer of $484.75 and agree to withdraw any outstanding complaints once the settlement offer is received. In addition, I agree to hold USFS or its affiliates, or employees harmless of any future claims.
