Review: I paid $3000.00 on July * and bought some furniture from US Furniture store on Steinway but until this day no furniture has been delivered to me. Several times I called, the people who answered were very rude and hung up the phone on me saying never call back again. Later on several occasions they told me they would deliver the furniture but never did. After one of those occasions I returned a call back and asked why again they did not deliver the furniture, I was told "[redacted]" Then I told the guy to return my credit and I will take them to court. After that they called a few times but I lost all my confidence as they play games.Desired Settlement: I don't ever want to deal with these individuals/store as they are playing some kind of games and looks like taking people's money.. I want my refund/credit returned. I am ready to take them to court at this point.

Review: The product is broken and poorly constructed, the material is cheap and sloppily made. Each piece of furniture is broken or difficult to open and close. The quality of the product is overall the worst condition that is not acceptable especially since the price range is higher and the salesperson guaranteed high quality. He misled us about the quality and the fact that there would be additional supports in the furniture that would make it stronger. None of what he said was true. He only allowed us to see the furniture in the catalog not the showroom floor. We trusted that the quality matched the pieces we did see in the store, but that was not the case. The prices arrives broken, chipped, with paint missing in parts and stains already on the product. The paint job was so poor that residue came up on our fingers and the order is so strong that it is causing us severe nausea and allergies. We are a very low-income sick family dealing with [redacted], [redacted]r, and [redacted] diseases like [redacted] and [redacted], among other issues. This furniture is not acceptable for our family.Desired Settlement: Full refund of our order requiring that the store collect the furniture from our apartment.
