I do recall the client coming to the store and complaining about the items purchasedAlso, the client did show us bank and credit card statements, but the client failed to show the sales receipt which is required to exchange or return any merchandiseNo exchanges or returns of any items purchased can be processed unless the receipt is on handThe receipt states the stores policy and any changes that are made has to be stated on the original receiptUSA Furniture and Electronics has been in business for over years and has never been reported to the Revdex.com until nowI am more than happy to meet the request of any customer as long as it complies with the store’s policy which is clearly stated on the sales receiptP.SWe advise the customer that the quality and durablilty of the furniture purchased depends on how the consumer treats itFrom August 1st to November 3rd numerous things could have happened to any piece of furnitureIn most cases, damages and wear occurs at the customer’s home which is why a signature is required after delivery to ensure that the customer accepts the items in its current conditionsRegards, [redacted] Manager

The customer contacted the store regarding there purchase in April Customer stated they purchased the bed approximately year ago and the supports and legs were all broken, at that time the customer was told if it had been a year there was definitely no warranty on the bedWe do not offer any warranty through our store after delivery is completedAll manufacturers offer different warranty's on furniture ranging from no warranty to one year warrantyThe customer was told if they sent in the invoice, I would take a look at it and see if the bed would possibly still be under warranty through the manufacturerThe sleigh bed that was purchased by this customer is no longer under warranty with the manufacturer, The pictures that the customer emailed were forwarded to to manufacturerWhen contacted regarding this the manufacturer clearly stated the bed was not taken care of and from the surroundings in the pictures was clearly abusedNot only was it not under warranty since it had almost been a year but even if it was still under our manufacturers warranty we would not replace the parts because of the condition of the room clearly shows abuse The manufacturer did give us the option to purchase the replacement parts for the bedCustomer was given this option

Customer came in and purchased the items on a day no interest finance optionWhen doing the finance we explained that the finance company would take a minimum payment every payday, it is the customers responsibility to make additional
payments over the minimum to have it paid off in daysWe explained this to the customer again after he contacted the Revdex.comHe said he understood and agreed to receive the merchandiseWe offered free delivery for the misunderstandingCustomer has received the merchandise

I am rejecting this response because:
They are saying its abuse because they seen things on the side of the due to my to autistic childrenThat is apart of there illness that they twirl thing rips paperI cant help thatSo that stuff is hard for me to get from under there bacause I cant move the bedBut what does that have to do with the bed breaking downThat big cal king bed should have more supportI will not dare let my children play in the bed because of there ilness they dont understand the dangers and severities of things

I am rejecting this response because:1. You're previously stated "Signature ofapproval process" was never initiated. We were advised that no deliveryrequest was possible. The furniture was then picked up from the store on thepurchase date within boxes and unable to be confirmed. 2. There was no indicator, on receipt or verbally,to warn of this "No written receipt" policy. We have provided you all thenecessary information needed to confirm the purchase including statement,transaction number and date of purchase. Your refusal to look up these details andaccess the situation confirms your questionable business tactics. As to you statement regarding the damage:The sole purpose of purchasing a couch is to be usedas a household seating area. The couch purchased within this particular "twoindividual"  apartment began to ripat the seam within a three month time frame. The lifespan of any householdfurnishings are typically expected for years at the absolute minimum. Anyissues before this time heavily are suspected at a defect level. Again, picturesmay be provided. I ask that you confirm your reputable status anddo what's right from a business standpoint. A replacement or refund isrequired. Thank you.

any warranty through our store after delivery is completed. All manufacturers offer different warranty's on furniture ranging from no warranty to one year warranty. The customer was told if they sent in the invoice, I would take a look at it and see if the bed would possibly still be under warranty through the manufacturer.
