The company is extremely dishonest and deceitful. I have had a service contract with them for years. The contract calls for service 3 times/year. Thus it came as quite a surprise when during our recent hurricane my generator did not work. When I called them they did come out to inspect weeks later to inform my that the inside exhaust system had rusted and disintegrated. They were shocked. I couldn't understand this as this didn't happen overnight. Why would I not be given a heads up on this. Well it turns out that although I paid my service contract of $495.00 for 2015 and just paid for another one for 2016, they had not come out to my house since Nov. 2015. I spoke with [redacted] (owner/president) who apologized and stated he was clearly at fault. He said he would refund my 2 years of service contracts. He should probably pay for a new generator for me. He only refunded one year even though he promised me the 2 years. When I called him to ask where the balance was, he wouldn't take my calls. I would never use them and certainly never trust them. I'm out my $495.00 and it looks like there is nothing I can do about it.
