This plan has no restrictions on what procedures get a discountWe are sorry plan did not meet expectations but Dentist have different procedure discounts depending on what they have it contracted asThe cards were re-sent on 7/7/but original set was mailed on 6/9/We will process a refund of

When this member signed up, the Dr and clinic were
searched
on the Multiplan.com website and they pulled up to be taking the planWe have
no control over the Doctor deciding to not take the plan even if they pull up
on the websiteWhen we called the clinic and explained that they were pulling
up on the website and that they had agreed when they originally signed the
contract with Multiplan to take the discount plan, they agreed to accept itWe
don't know the reason why they declined not to take it afterWe have refunded the

This member contacted our office on 10/3/14 and we have not been able to reach her back regarding her concerns and to process her cancellation.  We left a message on 10/3 @ 3:45pm, 10/4 @ 2:30pm, 10/6 @ 3:28pm and then again after we received this complaint on 10/9 @ 12:25pm.  We have...

since cancelled her recurring charges, her membership and have refunded her card in the amount of $59.68 for her monthly fee (amount disputed).  This was processed this afternoon after our final attempt to reach her and will be posted back to her account within 48 - 72 business hours (the amount of time it takes for banks to process). All correspondence with [redacted] has been on a recorded telesales line which we do advise all members of for quality assurance, in addition to a recorded verification line with all members acknowledging that this is a discount program and NOT major medical insurance.  We are more than happy to play the recording for her but have been unsuccessful in reaching her.  Aside from this, doctors will not recognize our company as the insurance company because we are simply a broker who is appointed with numerous insurance companies as well as discount medical programs, fixed indemnity and short term insurance companies.  The network she would need to refer to when she is setting an appointment with the doctors would be Multiplan.  We try and have all members contact our office to set up their first appointment but unfortunately that did not happen with this situation.  As of right now we have fulfilled eveything she has requested which was cancellation of her plan and a refund of $59.68.  The authorization # for her refund is [redacted].

trial period that expired on 5/30/14, she was not eligible for a refund.  We were able to get a credit for her membership so we could refund her, so outside of normal procedures, we went ahead and reversed the amount requested.  The refund generally takes 2-3 business days to post back to the card holder's account.  The authorization # for this transaction is [redacted].  $119.36 was returned back to the card.

Review: The representative I spoke with on the phone presented the Health Coverage as Insurance. I have called several doctors in my area and no one has ever heard of the company. I also found out that it is NOT INSURANCE it's a discount service card, which I didn't want. I also approved for the first payment of $50.00 to be paid on August 29, 2014 but not any further payments until I could look over the packet that was being sent to me after the $50.00 payment. I have been calling and leaving messages and they have a 24-48 hour time frame to return calls. I also have tried to go on the web site, which may I say is UNDER CONSTRUCTION. I did not approve for them to take any other monies out of my account.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to credit my money back to my account immediately. I do not wish to have any dealings with this company or people ever again. Thank you

Review: Tried to cancel membership within weeks and left several messages and I did get a hold of someone they told me that it was too late to get my refund back.Desired Settlement: To refund the money that was charged to my account since I did not receive any services.

Review: We were contacted by the company who explained their service that they were selling, a health care discount program. I thought that it sounded like a good deal but specifically asked the representative to verify if a certain provider and and health care center was enrolled to recognize their program. I even spelled out the providers name and was told yes that they are with the program. They offered a 30 day refund period but due to scheduling my wife ([redacted] I. [redacted]) was unable to get an appointment during that period. When she did go in she was told that that the clinic nor the provider had ever heard of the program. I called the company and they called the clinic. When the company contacted me again they said that is was taken care of and the clinic would contact us. When they did make contact my wife faxed over copies of the membership cards for the program and was again told no the clinic has no involvement with the company. I called and started the process to cancel membership and when they contacted my wife (the enrolled member) their rep was very rude. This company is a total scam that will say anything to make a sale and flat out lied to me on multiple occasions about their service. I do not believe that a contract is valid if it was misrepresented by the company selling it and promises service that it cannot deliver.Desired Settlement: Refund of membership fees paid for [redacted] I. [redacted].
