Thank you for sharing feedback concerning the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted]. Based on my investigation, Mr. [redacted] had a scheduled appointment at US HealthWorks located at 901 W. Broadway Street Louisville, KY on May 11, 2017 at 1020am. Mr. [redacted] arrived for his appointment, was checked in at...

1020am and checked out at 1408pm. On the day of the complaint and/or appointment, two Providers were scheduled to treat patients but only one Provider was present in the center the entire day. In addition, there were approximately 2 injuries that required emergent attention between 1000am and 1500pm.  It is our goal to provide quality medical care to our patients with minimal wait times. It is never our intent to inconvenience patients. We apologize for the circumstances that occurred on May 11th and we apologize for Mr. [redacted]’s inconvenience. As a management team, we have discussed the events that took place and will implement action plans to prevent this from occurring in the future. We would like to request another opportunity to serve Mr. [redacted]. We would also request Mr. [redacted] ask to speak with [redacted], Area Manager or [redacted], Assistant Center Manager when visiting the center in the future. They will be happy to help Mr. [redacted] during his visit.  Again, thank you for the feedback. Feedback, positive or negative, can only help us to improve our services.
