Review: This is for the Escondido Office.

I need more room to type out what happened.

Basically Therapist [redacted] threatened me Friday and accused me of faking my injury.

Please give me an email where I can send my full complaint.

This complaint is not complete until I can email the entire incident. There are not enough characters here and I don't feel like shortening it, this has already caused me too much stress and time.Desired Settlement: An apology from Mr. [redacted] , in front of the two girls, other male therapist and two customers [ a white girl and a mexican man] who were there also.

I want him fired also.

Dear Ms. [redacted],

We have chosen to address this matter directly with the consumer. We conducted an internal

investigation and concluded that all of our staff and employees behaved appropriately. We reached

out to the consumer twice via telephone and once via email to address the consumer's concern. On

August 1, 2014, the consumer Indicated via email she was not interested in discussing this matter with

us. Because of state and federal medical privacy laws, we will not offer further comment. You sent

this complaint to our La Mesa location, but it actually concerns our Escondido location at 860 West

Valley Parkway Suite 150, Escondido, CA 92025.
