The contracted security system was not fully installed. I paid the contracted price after only 80% of the work was completed. Installation caused damage to my property. After the business owner, Clinton ***, did not show up after he rescheduled 3 times, he blocked me from communicating with him. I attempted to contact him via phone, text, Facebook Messenger and email. He did not respond to any requests. My security system is incomplete and minimally functional. No user manuals were provided for this server-based camera system.
