I am rejecting this response because: I did not make any false claims and I still believe they could handle customer relationships better (e.g. do not publish anything before client's approval) but the issue has been later solved.

We provided the customer the service he paid for. Even Though he was demanding and not thankful for us providing him services to increase his chances of being approve for his O1 visa application, we offered him a free article to be published a part from the three he paid for. Client did not complain and was satisfied. We pride ourself to have professional service and do whatever we need to make the client happy and satisfied. We always go the extra mile for the client because we are not happy unless the client is happy. For this to have escalated to a complaint on the Revdex.com is ridiculous to me, however, we have solved the issue the best way possible and would like this issue deemed closed and resolved.
