I had trouble with my A/C and US HVAC came out to investigate today Jamie, the Owner, called to let me know he would be delayed and we agreed to a new time to meet He arrived as promised and quickly examined the system inside and outside He patiently educated me along the way and never complained about me watching and learning He correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it Afterward, he answered all my "what if" questions That is the technical side of things but what I valued most was his friendly nature and honesty
