I am upset I fell for this without finding the reviews sooner. Our company received a call, just like everyone else, stating they would like for us to try their ink and give them a "chance". They promised this ink would be better than Epson ink. I agreed to TRIAL ink, no mention of price, just promising their ink was 'the best'. When they sent the ink, the black NEVER printed clearly even after multiple cleanings. I then received an invoice for $150.00. I thought that was BS and knew I was scammed, but paid the invoice stating on my check memo ONE TIME PAYMENT. I then received a call thanking me for the payment and that they were sending a mini Bluetooth speaker. The speaker arrived with MORE ink and a bill for over $300.00. I called immediately and left a voicemail stating I made a one-time payment, I do not want this shipment, and I had requested a return address to send everything back to. I never received a call back. When accounts receiving called our office about the invoice, I reiterated what my voicemail stated and she said she would have someone call that was in sales. When I finally talked to a salesman, he explained that this was the 'last shipment' I would receive and that 'closes out my account for the year'. When I explained to him I did not want it and would like to send it back, he just stated that they don't send ALL the ink at once.
From all of these reviews, I won't be paying my invoice and I'll wait to hear from them about a shipping label.

Called us multiple times begging us to give them a chance. Finally, they offered to send us two free cartridges as long as we "would consider" them in the future. I asked multiple times if they would truly be free and was assured they would. Three months later we get an invoice (the packing slip DID NOT have a $ amount) for $100/ for toner that costs $24 through the name brand manufacturer. I immediately called, thinking it was a mistake, and was rudely told "you should know nothing is for free these days." Luckily, we keep recordings of calls to our department and had them on recording saying that they'd be free. That said, we are still fighting with them because they claim they sent us more, even though we never received it.

Their only business is probably from the poor businesses that fall victim to their scam and don't know how to get out.

This company is insane with their ridiculous sales tactics I keep getting shipment after shipment of these cartridges, more than we will ever use I have shelves full and they want to keep "closing out" my deal If you don't do business with them don't ever start As soon as I pay an invoice they send out another shipment

They called to offer me their cartridges. We got a new printer for our company, so I heard them out. Several times I told them I will not purchase a NON-OEM cartridge. He confirmed it was HP Manufactured, not reused, not refilled, etc. Toward the end of the pitch, he said "It's our brand" and I -again- advised that I cannot take a non-OEM. He finally admitted it is not OEM. I said thank you and we hung up. A waste of my time and theirs...for something I said at the beginning of the call.

It took me a while to find a good ink and toner supplier. I was referred to U.S. Imaging Systems by a friend that purchases large quantities of merchandise for his company. Every member of thier company is very involved and is sincerely interested in helping unlike [redacted] was awesome! Very professional, friendly and courteous. He always goes out of his way to make sure that I get exactly what I need. I would recommend U.S. Imaging Systems to anyone.

This place is the worst and borderline scam. If they ever start doing business with you, they will send you more ink cartridges than you will use in twenty years. They start off their "sales pitch" with a mention of a free gift for your past business and that your complete "order" hasn't been closed out yet. Even when you sternly tell them you do not need anymore ink cartridges, they will send them to you anyway. They will usually wait a few weeks for the memory of your conversation to subside, then ship you more cartridges that you do not need. Finally, I sent them a letter stating to never call me again and any future shipments will be discarded and invoices left unpaid. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT EVER do business with this company. There are many reputable companies out there, so no sense in doing business with a company like U.S. Imaging.
