Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
thanks

also, I clicked reject instead of accept and there is no way to change my selection. [redacted] has also taken action against them (thus the refund).

Looks like they refunded me. The letter they sent about linking their system to the true government web site for "doing" the transaction is rubbish.

though they are technically not doing anything illegal (a web site that prints our an application for a fee) with fine print, they are not really offering anything of value.

I understand its buyer beware but this is really false advertising and misrepresentation. I still don't understand where all the other complaints went. Also they have multiple companies doing the same thing.

I am most concerned that they have my personal information.

First, we'd like extend our apologies for any confusion while visiting our website. We are a third party company whose purpose is to facilitate the filing of the immigration forms. At this point, no refund is due as services have been fully rendered in 2015. As a courtesy, we are extending an...

Thank you,

USImmigration.us is not a government agency. When I went online to complete an application for naturalization, this website requested $199 for a blank application. It seemed to be a government site but is not. I was told by USCIS to seek a refund and to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I believe this is a scam that seeks to prey on foreigners who often do not understand the language or the procedure of applying for green cards or citizenship in the United States. My bank called the company with me to ask questions about what they had wrongfully charged me for, and after placing us on hold for a very long time, they hung up on us. Very upsetting to know a company like this exists.

This company is a SCAM. They use misleading phrasing and images to trick people into paying for what seems to be the US government filing fee for a form I-130 petition. In reality they are charging you for giving them all of your very personal information and completing the very simple I-130 online. This place needs to be shut down. I am going to make a formal complaint with every government agency possible to get these guys shut down and prosecuted.

Review: They make themselves out to look like a US government web site. I was alerted to this because the US Citizenship and Immigration Services informed me that they had not properly set up my account, and listed US Immigration Technology LLC as one of the preparation services. I should have read the fine print. All they do is get onto Google page 1, look like the US government web site (yes they are a .com but who checks?). You have to read the fine print, but its pretty unnoticeable. They have other sites including 'immigration direct' and probably others.

[redacted] (if you are a real person), is listed as the customer manager, who also says she isn't authorized to give a refund.......

Anyway, their site just lets you print out a form, and for that they charge $170.00 You still have to mail the form in yourself, Once you press print, they charge your card. Auto e-file (of press the send key themselves, who knows, and a valid case number is generated). How can the government allow something like this to continue??

There is no way to follow up on your application either. Therefore the form letter from the US government stating that your application may have problems? They are setting up a special access for me so I may have access to future benefits. Does this mean now some fake company has all my personal information - YES! BEWARE everyone!

sooo....I would like a full refund, because your printed form (which was free on the government site), created problems.

Here's another customer who got a refund: MISLEADING CUSTOMERS MISLEADING CUSTOMERS

0--> ITS ALSO FALSE ADVERTISING, AND THERE ARE LAWS AGAINST THIS (15 U.S. Code § 54 - False advertisements; penalties which includes jail time)

..............so [redacted], whatever your name is who I spoke to, I would like a full refund, since I now have to deal with potential problems with filing with the US Government, close my bank accounts, etc. etc. and put a watch on fraud as you have personal information. I have also reported you to the FBI, and as time permits, and if you don't refund me the full amount, I will spend the next decade taking down ALL your websites. Any yes you have my address, but one can find anything on the internet, including the owners of these sites, their next gigs, etc. etc.

not a threat, just a recommendation.

Complaint

This service is a scam...

I did a search on Google for the N565 Immigration form and the top ad claims to be the application for replacement and is not.

The Ad says:

"Citizenship Certificate Form N-565 Immigration Direct?:

Apply To Replace Lost Citizenship Naturalization Certificate Today!"

When you click that you goto a page

Desired Settlement

Once you goto the site from there ad you go to this page "http://www.us-immigration.com/replace-certificate-of-citizenship-form-N565.jsp"... Where it gives you information about what the document is for and a large button to start the application. From there you fill in log in information and then the next step it asks for payment info to do the citizenship application the amount shown is $129. It was less money than I expected to pay so I filled in the billing info and continued. It stated it would need to be filed by mail and when continuing to the document (expecting to print fill out and mail it). It begins asking questions about the application and once finished a screen that gives steps.

"

1. Read the Filing Instructions carefully.

2. Sign and Date your U.S.C.I.S. Form(s)

3. Send your signed U.S.C.I.S. forms, application fees & supporting documentation to the U.S.C.I.S.

"

Thought it was off because I already paid. So I clicked on print to see the document and more information. The document pulls up and in the instructions is ways to send $345 with the form when mailing it in. I called the number on the same confirmation page and they said I paid the $129 to fill out and print the form. I explained that I can fill out the form myself I just need the document. The first rep said because I clicked print they cannot refund me. She refused and was rude suggestion that it was written all over that it is a fee for filling out the document and that the page I was looking at states that it is for filling out the document. After getting off the phone I did more searching and found that the form is free and can be printed and sent in. I also noticed that the receipt sent to me even stated that I was charged for the document and not a service. I searched on their site and found a small desclaimer at the bottom of the page stating they are not affiliated with the government (something not noticed before) and on other pages unrelated to what I was doing they state they provide a service. But everywhere I was directed from the advertisement to the end of the form there was nothing stating what I was actually paying for. I called back for a refund again spoke with a supervisor who was rude and told me I was confused and needed to pay more attension. She also told me that it is on the page I had pulled up while talking to her and I "was seeing what I want to see" despite the fact that it is not on the confirmation or receipt at all. They are using misleading wording and processes to get people to pay them before realizing what you are even paying for and then insult people and say they are just confused when confronted about it.

from the actual immigration web site "Are you getting the right immigration help?

Many people offer help with immigration services. Unfortunately, not all are authorized to do so. While many of these unauthorized practitioners mean well, all too many of them are out to rip you off. This is against the law and may be considered an immigration services scam.

If you need help filing an application or petition with USCIS, be sure to seek assistance from the right place, and from people that are authorized to help. Going to the wrong place can:

Delay your application or petition

Cost you unnecessary fees

Possibly lead to removal proceedings

This site can help you avoid immigration services scams. Remember: Know the facts when it comes to immigration assistance, because the Wrong Help Can Hurt.'
