Review: This company, Death Reports, claimed that their service was free with the exception of a $1 service charge which they promptly billed to my debit card on 12/23/13. After going through all the steps following the divulgence of my name and address, I learned that there would be a $19.99/mo recurring charge unless the service was canceled. I promptly canceled the it and sent the complaint, a request for return of my $1 in a formal email canceling the service. I sent another email 12/26/13 for a second request for cancelation and refund only to be ignored. To this date, I have had no response to my complaint and that is why I am placing this complaint with the Revdex.com. I warned the customer service rep, Steve Winters, [email protected], that I would do so if they did not acknowledge receipt of my emails and confirm cancelation. They must not be very concerned about complaints to the Revdex.com because all were ignored. Further to the above, I never did get any results for all my trouble. That's when I learned about their deceitful practices. I'm very worried about any recurring payments for a service I did not get but paid for.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of the $1 processing fee, a formal apology for their unacceptable customer service and their reassurance in writing that there will be no recurring expenses.

I read in the site information there would be a free trial membership. After the free trial was over, if I didn't cancel my membership I would be charged a monthly fee of 18.95.My account was charged immediately 18.95 and I did not receive the report I was supposed to. When I contacted them I was given a link to my report. The link provided by this company said I would have to pay another fee to get this report. I already paid a fee to the company. I believe this online company is fraudulently charging people without providing the service promised.Desired Settlement: I would like my original 18.95 fee charged to my account refunded since I did not receive the report the website clearly states I would.

I did not get the info and 2. my credit card was charged $18.95 on 12/11/2013When I did a reverse search on the address, there are several businesses listed at Suite 200.Obviously a scam. I did not contact them as I did not want them to charge my cc any more money.Desired Settlement: I want my cc refunded please.

Review: I purchased information online for a one time rate of $1,when I registered my credit card to pay another screen popped up advertizing a long term contract which I was not interested in.That page was confusing,I called the number to deny the contract and continiued on.I received the first email requesting additional information which I provided.Then received another email requesting additional info which I supplied plus some.Then another email stating that they still could not find it because of lack of information and wanted to know if I wanted to close the account.I responded that I did want to close the account but I believe that they did not provide me with the information because I did not purchase the long term contract.I also informed them that I was contacting the Revdex.com.this was the information that I provided to them :NamePlace,month year of birthParents and their residenceChildren- namesDate of death,when,where,howPlace of residenceThank you,Desired Settlement: I would like to get the information that I requested please.
