As of today 12/**/2015, I purchased a 1.73 CT 14K diamond engagement ring from this company for $1,380 which I was approved via credit from [redacted] for purchase. It was charged and like 20 minutes later received a called that the price was changed from $1,380 to $1,656 and said they had some technical issues with their site. It is NOT the consumer fault that the website was wrong and miscalculated and should be honored for that price. I asked to speak with management and was refused. The would not honor the price at all... If this had happen to any store they would have to honor the sale of the products. The center diamond was enhanced and was lower valued anyway which it could not be resold for the same value retail but wanted a great ring for my Finance. I argued that this company grade should be reviewed and lower for their lack of judgment on customer service and resolution to customer issues. They refuse to lose 300 dollars for their mistake and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE...
