US Junk Cars

On 8/27/decided to give US Junk Cars a call about a Grand Caravan I had sitting that I no longer wish to keepI had to replace the water pump on it twice while I had it exposed decided to replace oil pump, timing belt along with various parts for timing belt and got everything back together for the exception of the compressor, timing cover and engine mount for the left side of engineI gave them this information as well as I do not know if the vehicle runs or not and a scratch on one of the two sliding side doors and a couple dents on the rear hatch
My complaint is this, on their web site it does not state that any vehicle is subject to discrepancy do to conditionIf you read the web site it is all about giving customers top dollar for all types of junk cars/ trucks/ vehicles, no matter the vehicles conditionI understand reserving the right of refusalI was not given any information as to why My "service/ vehicle" was refusedI felt the process was rushed with out thought and dismissedI wasn't expecting a lot of dealI just really wanted a little cash and to get rid of my problemPlease do not take my word for it read the web site for your self thoroughly

I've called 6 times and every time I've been placed on hold, I got through to one person just to be asked questions placed on hold again for 15 min and for him to come back and hang the phone up, and did not give me a call back! Worst customer service every. Professionalism was terrible and so was grammar! I will be contacting Revdex.com and writing a review. All I wanted was a quote.
