I needed a 2nd key for my sons' Nissan Sentra that I bought at a dealership, which they claimed had only one key Tom was professional and courteous,drove a clean and organized service van, wore a clean uniform and was able to create a twin in to minutesHe possessed a positive attitude as wellHe has helped us in the past and will continue to use him, his company and will refer them to anyone who needs assistance

After calling several people who said my problem (I lost me last key and it was a chip key) was nearly impossible to take care of and, if it could be done, would be very expensive...and I would likely have to tow my car to another location at great expense, I found US Key Service listed I was very discouraged and had a very hard time believing their stated claims because they were different from everyone else's Hesitantly, I called anyway Thankfully, I was greeted with a pleasant answer that offered only solutions that I had been told were impossible The quote was reasonable To top it off, they could come to ME and fix me up rather quickly Amazing I cannot even begin to describe my extremely pleasurable business experience in a way that would give it justice It was over-the-top, service oriented, caring, honest, and best of all, convenient in timing and price

Incredibly professional, helpful, and offers a high value service. I needed two electronic keys made for my vehicle. I called and made an on-site appointment at my work for the next day. I also got a quote for half what the dealer wanted.

Tom was on time, did the work quickly, and even offered some tips on dealing with some of the known bugs with the security features of my car. He was fantastic.

I needed a spare key made for my 2012 VW GTI. Tom was prompt and courteous. Despite having a programming issue, Tom got my second key made and was able to deliver the second key as promised.
