As of February Attorney accepted to give back refund, at the time when accounting clerk asked for a written statement of request for refund, it was e mailed to accounting department, they acknowledged of receipt and that is when they called me to explain, that they just wanted to make sure it was what I wanted, I never heard back from them in regards to my refund nor did I authorize them to continue with my case, that is a complete statement by [redacted] from accounting, since I Hired Mr [redacted] his office has done nothing to represent my interest other than sending letters to prior attorneys, he failed his promise that my petition would be sent in days to reopen my case, he charged me an extra $to Vacate a case in which incorrect documentation was sent to me, all of those documents along with, numerous e mails from a previous employee by the name of [redacted] accepting that case is still on hold as of December of 2015, when I requested a draft of what was done, I received page of case law inserts into a pleading paper, nothing as to the statements of argument I have not yet received a check, as I requested nor will I accept to be charged unreasonable fees for practically wasting my time, and entertaining my moneyPlease provide an itemized list of actual work done in my case In addition to the above mentioned mishaps with this attorneys office, he verbally stated that he would be representing petition and later changed it to pro se, and when I was in light of this he immediately changed it, with so much trouble for getting that done, to now know that nothing, absolutely nothing has been done in my case, he has absolutely misrepresented to me and I wish to end this attorney client relationship with A full refund of all moneys paid, which the truth is that I only authorized initial petition money from my bank card and his secretary/ accounting took it upon herself to charge additional money Please refund me my money asap, I do not with this claim to be escalated to the State Bar, for clear violations that indeed should be investigated I have attempted numerous phone calls, being placed on hold and left on hold, speaking to several temporary attorneys who are not aware of anything regarding my caseMr [redacted] never returned my phone callsNor has Mr [redacted] has taken entitlement over this situation, rather he has let it escalate to this point Refund expected no later than June 15th of Attentive, [redacted] Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (3000, 24, 2016/06/27) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) If only no star was an option, Don't even think about retaining this lawyers , they will gladly take your money and will not work on your case, I personally hire this lawyers to work on my case years agoThey did absolutely nothing on my behalf, I kept in contact with them from day one, I started with one paralegal and they kept changing till I reach paralegal number four , they were all the same full of storiesWhen the day of my court came one of the lawyer show up in court late and told me that he had a lot of cases in the building that wasn't sure if he would had time for meThe judge call my name I stood up and told the judge my lawyer wasn't present in which he ask me to step up to the front, He proceeded to ask me what I wanted to do I replied that I wanted to see if I could get time to find a new lawyer and if he would like me to explain my reasons in which he replied that it wasn't necessary because he already new the way this law firm conducted themselvesHe granted my request to find a new lawyerWhen I got out the court the receptionist for this lawyers call me saying that the layers was looking for me I replied the they were lost and that they didn't even know what they were doing that I need for them to refund my moneyAbout a week later my wife call them and they said that they would review my case to see how much they can refundA few days days later my wife call them again and told them that if they didn't do anything soon we would file a complaint against them with the lawyers state bar associationOne of the lawyers call her and ask her to come to the office and he would work on my case right away she told him that she would ask meI told my wife that this wasn't a game I had already ask the judge that I really needed another lawyer because this lawyers had not done anything for me in which he granted my request because he knew the way this law firm conducted themselves, so I couldn't go back to court with this lawyersI call the lawyers again to see when I can expect my refund they said that they will refund $out of $that I paid themI told them it was unacceptable because they did nothing for meThe person that I spoke to said that he would place another request but he didn't want to say how long this would takeMy story with this lawyers is a lot longer but I tried to make it short and explain as much as I can so other people can see and help them make a good decisionPlease don't waste your time and money with this Lawyers,

Attorney hires has not performed, or does not have intention to perform
I hired attorney *** *** to represent me for an immigration case, after making a few payments on my account and seeing his failed promises, I have been diligently seeking a refund
There was considerate amount of e mails explaining to me that things were fine, until I requested to see documents and they provided documentation for a different person tryin to tell me it was documents filed in my case
I requested an appointment to see attorney, he was no longer available to assist me, I had to go through persons before I reached his personal assistant Tanya, and she and my interpreter had a lengthy conversation in where she admitted that there was no advances on my case and that they were moving offices and the paralegal in charge of my case was no longer with they companyShe further explained that the attorney was willing to give me a refund but he actually never did

As of February 2016 Attorney accepted to give back refund, at the time when accounting clerk asked for a written statement of request for refund, it was e mailed to accounting department, they acknowledged of receipt and that is when they called me to explain, that they just wanted to make sure it was what I wanted, I never heard back from them in regards to my refund nor did I authorize them to continue with my case, that is a complete false statement by [redacted] from accounting, since I Hired Mr. [redacted] his office has done nothing to represent my interest other than sending 3 letters to prior attorneys, he failed his promise that my petition would be sent in 30 days to reopen my case, he charged me an extra $800.00 to Vacate a case in which incorrect documentation was sent to me, all of those documents along with, numerous e mails from a previous employee by the name of [redacted] accepting that case is still on hold as of December of 2015, when I requested a draft of what was done, I received 1 page of case law inserts into a pleading paper, nothing as to the statements of argument.
I have not yet received a check, as I requested nor will I accept to be charged unreasonable fees for practically wasting my time, and entertaining my money. Please provide an itemized list of actual work done in my case.
