Sent: Tuesday, March 13, 12:PM Subject: ID file # [redacted] Here is the typed up version of the contract that ms [redacted] requested to be typed for insurance and mortgage porposes I have not received a call from her mortgage company or the insurance company that requested the contract to be typed but I will comply with her request she has the company tax id information I gave that to her when I signed off the realese of lien to her home if there is a mistake in the information we provided to her we will resend the tax ID thank you in advance

We are aware of the situation with the home owner we made a written contract before any work was started she requested a typed up contract at the time of completion when I signed the realase of lien to here house she then asked for our tax id I told her we don't have it at the moment we can
provide it the next day at that moment she felt that we would not comply I assured her we would give her the information she requested before I recived the final payment she asked me to sign some paperwork that included a relase of lien with all our information the next day days passed and we sent her the information she requested for I have not received a call from her mortgage or insurance company requesting a typed up version of the contract but we will gladly do so to pleas our customer
