Review: MY DAUGHTER FOUND A PUPPY ON-LINE FOR $350. THE CONTACT LADY ([redacted]) SAID TO WIRE MONEY TO "JAMES [redacted] R[redacted]". I WIRED ONE PAYMENT OF $250 DEPOSIT TO HOLD DOG AND THEN PAID $100 A FEW DAYS LATER. THEY HAVE CONFIRMED THEY RECD THE MONEY. NOW, THEY SAID I NEED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $200 FOR INSURANCE ON THE DOG, AND IT HAS TO BE PAID BEFORE THEY WILL DELIVER. THEY WILL REFUND MY $200 UPON DELIVERY OF THE DOG. I CONTACTED THE DELIVERY SERVICE AT THE NUMBER GIVEN ([redacted]) AND THEY SAID THAT PAYING THE INSURANCE HAS TO BE DONE. I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS INSURANCE. THE AGREED UPON AMOUNT WAS/IS $350, THATS IT. NOW, THEY WONT SHIP THE DOG, AND WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY. I HAVE TEXTED AND CALLED BOTH NUMBERS, WITHOUT ANY CONTACT BEING MADE. I HAVE ALL TEXT MESSAGES TO SHOW THE AGREED PAYMENT AMOUNT. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK NOW. MY DAUGHTER WORKED SO HARD TO RAISE THAT MONEY SO SHE COULD GET A DOG. I FEEL LIKE I WAS ROBBED. I DO HAVE THE WESTERN UNION RECEIPTS. IF THIS IS THE WAY THIS CUSTOMER ACTS, THEN THEY NEED TO LOOK AT THEMSELVES AGAIN. THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS TO SAY ONE AMOUNT IS DUE, AND THEN AT THE LAST MINUTE, THROW IN AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT. PLEASE HELP !!!Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK, OR THE PUPPY. I AM NOT PAYING AN ADDITIONAL $200 BECAUSE THAT WAS NOT THE AGREED AMOUNT. BUT MOSTLY, JUST GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY.
