Review: I purchased a Solo Universal Fit Case from a local store to protect my Asus Transformer Tablet. I have been using the case for about three months. One of the components from the case sits on top of the power button. Now I am having problems with the power button. Sometimes I can't turn the tablet on, and when it is on, it keeps going to shut down mode due to something with the power button.

I have contacted the Solo company with pictures and a statement from me about what has happened. The final outcome was an apology from a Consumer Customer Service Rep, and I appreciate that but its not going to fix my tablet.

Their product damaged what they claim to protect.Desired Settlement: I would like my tablet to be repaired so I can have the use of it again.
