This business called me and threatened me with being arrested and charged with a felony over a ten yearold payday loanI paid my first payment and second payment and then then the court still called and said it was not being postedWhen I called and asked for some papers relating to my payments and debtThey accused me of being rude and said they would forward it to the prosecutor! This place is a SCAM! They are only out to take your money...BEWARE!
They are running a scamThey called my mother looking for me They did not leave a name or number They then say you owe money for a pay day loan and if you don't pay by the end of the work day, you will have a warrant out for your arrestYou will be charged with a felony, theft by deception and for fraud checks tbat break the check lawwhich is against the law in itself to threaten anyone with criminal charges in a civil matterWhen I asked for paperwork, the individual got hostile and hung up the phone

They are running a scam. They call you up, non stop, claiming they have a criminal case against you and give you a false case number. They then say you owe money for a pay day loan and if you don't pay by the end of the work day, you will have a warrant out for your arrest. You will be charged with a felony, theft by deception and for fraud checks tbat break the check 21 law. which is against the law in itself to threaten anyone with criminal charges in a civil matter. They then ask you to send your payment via Moneygram or western union.. And to send it to a person in FL. Not even to a business!!! And what court/legal system takes restitution through Moneygram or western union???? SCAM!!!
