Wednesday March 18th contacted customer and scheduled a water-testArrived at noon and proceeded to flood the entire roof which took 1hrminutesWhen completed checked with owner *** *** and he reported no leaking could be seen or detected.He and his wife told me they were satisfied with the results of the water test. However, when repairing the roof we used polyester mesh and coating in two areas, the edges of the fabric curled and is visibleI agreed to come back and touch up these areas with additional coating and send pictures of the work via email since the Hansums are returning to *** and will not be here to view the resultsWe have the touch up scheduled to do as soon as the roof dries outIt is currently raining and the roof must be dry to apply coating.Out warranty is to keep the roof "water tight"The water-test proved this to be true.Thank you,sincerely,*** ***I DO DEALINGS ROOFING LLC

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Firstly, yes this company did come to make repairs. We left for a walk and 30 minutes later came back and they were gone. There was no note left, nor any communication since via email or telephone message. Upon inspection of the roof, there appears to be an area that is not finished and would still cause issues with water.
