Review: This company called my home asking for my son, [redacted]. They claim that they have money to deposit into his account, and they needed his social security number. I did not provide them with that, and then they proceeded to ask me if he was in the military-I was not disclosing that information either, as he is currently out of the country on business. Then on 5 July 2014, I was notified by Lifelock that my sons' information was listed on a credit application and the party asking for this was US MILITARY LOANS, in which my son verified that he DID NOT fill out anything with this company. I have also filed a police report here in North Carolina against this company.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to provide me with a copy of the "application", as I was told they do not have!!

We are a financial services company providing sales financing through a network of dealers In the US and Europe for goods individuals purchase from these dealers for which they desire financing. [redacted] made a purchase from a dealer in Europe and we purchased the contract. He filled out an application and signed a Sales Contract for the purchase so we could provide the financing. Prior to us purchasing the contract, we received a payment from [redacted] and as we did not have a record of him in our system, we tried to research this person to return the funds to him; thus the call to his Mother, Mrs. [redacted]. Subsequently we received the contract from the dealer so it was not necessary to return the funds to him as this was for his payment towards the contract we now had purchased.

In your letter, Mrs. [redacted] requested the “desired settlement" would be the company providing her a copy of the application her son signed, however, we cannot release this document unless her son provides us with his authorization to do so, due to privacy Issues.
