Dear [redacted],I spoke with my telemarketer Brandon this morning about this letter.  He said he was simply following up with the application that they started previously.  Either way, I informed Brandon that when a customer says they are no longer interested any communication should be...

stopped.  He completely understands and we wish [redacted] good luck.  He certainly will not be hearing from our company ever again. Our company has an A+ ratting with the Revdex.com and very positive online reviews and we intend to protect those ratings.Very truly yours,Alex

Complaint ID:[redacted] To whom it may concern:While we did not receive the cancellation request I can assure you that [redacted] will never again be contacted by our company.  Furthermore, we have no idea about other numbers that "spoof" her caller ID.  We have never used that...

practice and would not even know how.  I consider this matter resolved.Alex P[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I still insist, your first response was not true at all and I have the email trail proof, as far as your 2nd response. its completely unprofessional!! So after I committed to your offer and refused to do business with other banks because what you have offered!!, providing documents, wasting few weeks of my time between emails and phone calls, missing my February mortgage payment as I was advised by your loan officer (have a proof of that too). All that, and then 2 hours before closing when I found out that you guys didn't fulfill what you had promised and asked you to correct it ..but you only give me a portion .after all that!!what option I was left with? and what cancelling will do me any good after you guys wasted few weeks of time and effort? Or may be this is how you guys do business, you give a good offer to the consumer then at the end you take it back hoping that some customers will go with it from too much pressure! you guys still owe me the balance and need to take care of it instead of keep coming up with unreasonable and unprofessional excuses!

I found my representative at U.S. Mortgage Line to be excellent at communication. Very quick to respond to any issues and made it very comfortable for me through the entire process. Definitely would use them again.

What I stated is true.  When this became an issue it was resolved by US Mortgageline agreeing to give you the difference via check after closing, which we did.  If this was not good enough you could have said no or after you closed you should have canceled the loan during the three days you had to think about it.

To whom it may concern:
US Mortgageline is very proud of our rating with the Revdex.com and take every complaint very seriously.  Unfortunately this was a situation where the rate credit had changed between the time [redacted] was sent his application and when he returned it....

All of our clients are told their loan is not locked until they return their signed paperwork.  When the credit had changed we re-disclosed the new information instantly.  As promised [redacted] only had to bring his escrows to closing , which he would get a portion of back from his old mortgage company, and in good faith US Mortgageline refunded him the difference.  We paid him our entire profit from the loan.
Everything was properly disclosed and the client was made whole.  I feel this matter is complete.  Please let me know if there are any further questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Alex P[redacted]
President

Initially I was impressed with the level of customer service that US Mortgage Line seemed to offer. Once a few days went by then that impression changed. I was promised that I would receive loan documents by 6/4/15 or 6/5/15 on 6/3/15. I have never received them or heard anything more from this company with the exception that I was assured by email on 6/9/15 the following: "H[redacted] is one of our veteran Loan Originators and I am confident he is working diligently on your file. I will be checking in with him today on the progression of your loan and will ask that he gets in contact with you to update. Thank you for your feedback and I understand your concern, rest assured you are in good hands with US Mortgage Line. Have a great day!". After that I have heard nothing. I have sent emails, left voice messages, etc. At one point early in the relationship, my loan originator told me to not pay my June mortgage as of yet but to hold onto the money. I am totally amazed that with this level of customer service this company is allowed to remain in business in such a supposedly highly regulated industry.

Review: Was given a good faith estimate on a mortgage refi, was giving false information about the locked in rate that was traded to another lender without my permission and I was told that all original document agreements were being met on a recorded phone line. When final docs appeared all locked in rates were incorrect. In the meantime they asked me to not pay my mortgage account and told me all was fine with the loan that it was going to close by end of month promising me things that they said they were not supposed to. Basically the baited me to stay with them as they tried to find me a new loan in order to make a sale and commision.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a statement letter to file stating that they had asked me not to make a mortgage payment for June & July 2013 for I was supposed to bring it to close with me. I need this letter in case to use for my credit.
