I talked to [redacted] with UMN and he seemed fantastic. Told us he could help us out with a new construction loan and everything we needed to apply. After gathering all our documents and uploading them, he said he would be in contact ASAP. Every time we called he said he would call us right back after he looked over our stuff. This went on for several weeks before he finally told us he couldn't do what he originally told us he could. What a huge waste of time and effort. We don't know if he just got too busy or what but he wasn't even the same guy on the phone that we originally talked to who remembered our names and was excited to work something up. Every time we called he was too busy or never called us back. So all in all we will lose over a months time because of him and when your building a house you know how important a month is!! Don't waste your time and go with [redacted] of [redacted], they don't work on commission and can help you with anything you need building wise!
