I bought a bmw 328i at last September at U.SMotorAt that time, in all document and even *** report, this car was never involve into any accident, can clean in all recordUntil last week I try to trade in my car, every dealership I visit including the carmax pre-inspection, all show the right side of car is been repaint with terrible job, and highly possible involve in a accident, because of it my car's value is decrease manyI still keep all the contract and I can ask the carmax give me the reportthe us motor sold me a unreported repaint vehicle, and tell me nothing

On June 24, 2016, I purchased a Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) from US Motors and administered by Alpha Warranty for $2, Initially I declined to purchase the vehicle but was assured that the VSC would cover all internal mechanical issues by my salesman *** and the finance director *** I insisted that I was offered the Enhanced Coverage and was informed by *** that "I could drive this car for double the current mileage with a piece of mind." Recently I took my car to my automotive shop, Euro-Tech Automotive, do to noise originating from the engine They stated that the control arms needed to be replaceI forwarded my VSC contract and requested they begin a claim to repair the control arms I received a called from Euro-Tech stating I did not have the coverage that would cover the cost of the repair needed and will have to pay over $2,dollars out of pocket I was very upset and called Alpha Warranty to ask why I was informed that I had their basic coverage and
