This moving company was hired for help moving on 6/they were told in advance that there were pieces of heavy furniture (piece was a big toolbox)and they were told it was very heavyThe movers advised it would be ok and that their truck could handle it When they got there they saw the furniture and still said it would be okThey rolled one piece of the furniture onto their liftgate, and as they were lifting it up their liftgate broke and our piece of equipment came crashing down and landed face down The toolbox broke and is completely damagedAfter asking repeatedly for their insurance information they refused to give any informationWe called the police and told them what happened and a police report was filedWe have tried repeatedly to get ahold of them and they hang up on us or don't give any informationThis toolbox had alot of sentimental value as well as monetary value to itThey advertised they are licensed and insured but refused to give any information for
