We have already provided all the proofs to the [redacted] Card Company.By the language the customer used in the email , I feel him to be a well educated and nice person So he should be aware of the fact that the noson the website are all Toll-Free Numbers and are routed to a specific support center or customer service centerI just checked that the same number is also there on another website related to Virtual Services but we don't have any connection to that CompanyIt might happen and it usually happens that If any company is using a toll-free number and the same company disconnects that number So it could be allotted to different Company. We purchased the Toll-free number from our Service Provider and no idea it might be used by some other company before we purchased it.Illogical Reasons Given By CustomerFirst of all we are a third party technical-support CompanyWe never represented ourselves as any particular brandThe disclaimer is clearly given on our website and the customer should go through that clearly before providing such statements.Thinking it to be SCAM doesn't mean it is a SCAMWe never do such pthings Also we never called the customer for taking our SupportOn the pour phone number is not possibleIts absolutely wrong to publish such words on a public website without having specific proof. If the customer is claiming that he called us after getting the number from the pop-upI want the proof of thatIf customer can give that to me .I will refund twice the money he is claiming forHe might have got the popup from some other company but she called us after searching for pop removal software or support on *** network and finding our website ad there The Customer is saying that no legitimate Company can have 'hotmail email address'This is again wrong First of all it all depends upon the company what email it wants to use and secondly that email is from the billing team just to respond the customers email as fast as possibleWe dont use the shared company's email for billing.Rather we believe in providing the services faster than showing that we use company's email

Yes, the popups stopped.....because the popups were caused by USPC SUPPORT INC to scam my mother into calling them....and it wasn't called Virtual Services...it was calling itself "USPC SUPPORT INC" in California whose name and phone number were in the popups stating "your IPAD is unstable, call 866-773-3444.I don't know anything about Virtual Services in NY If they are all using the same phone number, this must be a scam The same phone number is associated with someone in Las Vegas, NVas well.I have attached all documents showing the invoice that [redacted] Card requested from them It clearly has a California address: EYosemite #142, Manteca, CA.....and no mention of Virtual Services or New York location anywhere on the invoice. My mother is years old She trusted that the message stating "Your IPAD is unstable, call this number" was from Apple Not some crook. Please advise if you need anything further.?

The disclaimer is clearly given on our website and the customer should go through that clearly before providing such statements.Thinking it to be SCAM doesn't mean it is a SCAM. We never do such pop-up things Also we never called the customer for taking our Support. On the pop-up our phone number is not possible. Its absolutely wrong to publish such words on a public website without having specific proof. If the customer is claiming that he called us after getting the number from the pop-up. I want the proof of that. If customer can give that to me .I will refund twice the money he is claiming for. He might have got the popup from some other company but she called us after searching for pop removal software or support on [redacted] network and finding our website ad there.2.  The Customer is saying that no legitimate Company can have 'hotmail email address'. This is again wrong First of all it all depends upon the company what email it wants to use and secondly that email is from the billing team just to respond the customers email as fast as possible. We dont use the shared company's email for billing.Rather we believe in providing the services faster than showing that we use company's email.

unstable, call 866-773-3444.I don't know anything about Virtual Services in NY.  If they are all using the same phone number, this must be a scam.  The same phone number is associated with someone in Las Vegas, NV. as well.I have attached all documents showing the invoice that [redacted] Card requested from them.  It clearly has a California address: 1830 E. Yosemite #142, Manteca, CA.....and no mention of Virtual Services or New York location anywhere on the invoice. My mother is 87 years old.  She trusted that the message stating "Your IPAD is unstable, call this number" was from Apple.  Not some crook. Please advise if you need anything further.?

I am rejecting this response because: my mother is 87 years old and only access to search Internet as he suggests is ridiculous, as the popups would not permit her to do anything on her [redacted]....it was infected with a popup with their number to call.....and since it was popup...no proof of it is available at this point in time.  You can tell by the business response that English is not the this person's first language.  I still believe they are located out of the country.  I am not going to respond to the explanation of their phone number being purchased ....when the same number is advertised by many of the same type companies. Live and learn!

Review: My 87 year old mother had Pop Ups on her [redacted] screen that she was unable to eliminate... The PopUps had a phone number to call saying her system was unstable and to call the number to "clean" her IPAD. She assumed it was Apple offering help, since she was on an [redacted]. She called the number, the man had a thick foreign accent, and she gave him passwords, etc. to get into her settings to "help" her remove the Popups. He took her credit card information and charged her $99.99, telling her "the popups would never happen again." She called me after the fact, and I immediately helped her change all of her passwords, I then tried to search the company to find a website, which was not coming up. The email was a "hotmail" address which did not seem legit for a "company" to be using. She called [redacted] card to cancel her card, and report the charge as fraud. They did an investigation, the so called 'company' provided a copy of their invoice to [redacted]...which they forwarded on to us. No website is listed, the email listed a phone number on the invoice which is associated with a company in Las Vegas (according to Revdex.com search) yet this person's address is in Manteca, CA. We have made a report to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (www.IC3.gov) as this seems to clearly be a scam. I believe whoever perpetuated this scam, (most likely out of the country) infected her IPAD, resulting in the phone number coming up for her to call to repair it. The person claims my mother called him for repairs....fact is they took advantage of my elderly mother, who is too trusting, and she called the number in the Pop Up on her screen for help, believing it was Apple. We have asked that [redacted] Card continue the investigation and reverse the $99.99 charge, but I want others to be aware to NEVER call a number that pops up on your screen. Call a reputable person to help you!Desired Settlement: Refund of $99.99 and an investigation into this company or person behind the company.

Review: Company pretended to be [redacted] provided by [redacted] and tricked me into paying them regarding my subscription with Norton. I renewed my internet security with Norton on 1/14/2015 and payed them for a 2 year subscription. ON 2/12/2015 I received a spoof email from US Onlinemart LLC pretending to be [redacted],aka [redacted], and informing me that my subscription I just paid for but telling me my security updates had stopped. Not realizing that this was not my internet security provider I contacted them and was tricked into paying an additional $199.99 for lifetime security. I should not have paid for this and was duped into thinking this was my security.Desired Settlement: I want my $199.99 back that I was tricked into paying

Response:

I am rejecting this response because:Statement by the business is totally without merit. They state that USONLINE MART, LLC has been shut down and now the only avenue for discussion is with their new company, Online Squared. Employees of the former company committed fraud by falsely representing themselves to be associated with [redacted] and scamming $199.99 from me. They cannot escape responsibility by merely shutting down one business and starting another. I request that they return the money to me. If they do not do so, I believe that the Revdex.com or whatever appropriate government agency has the ability should forever ban the business from operating in the United States.
