I was given misinformation regarding the amount of product that was sold per case, and when I called customer service to inquire about the mistake, the customer service representative did nothing to rectify or help resolve the incorrect information that I was given. He just said: I don't know what you want from me". Usually, if a company misinforms a customer and overcharges them for a product, if the customer inquires (politely I may add) about the mistake, the company should look to rectify the mistake. I would not recommend this company at all. Unprofessional and unhelpful after specifically giving me incorrect information in order to make a sale.
