Two Months ago,  Mr [redacted] called asking if I had any used gear which I list on [redacted] every summer.  I sell used two strokes like anyone else (as is) but guaranteed to run and be flight worthy. These units come in on trade for...

our Green Eagles all the time as they are two stroke and not as reliable as a four stroke engines like your car that are in our manufactured craft.       I had even sent pictures before he purchased as he was wanting it sight unseen as he knew he was getting a steal.  And he knew our reputation was stellar.  I tell everyone we really want to recover what the trade was for more than profit as we make our profit on our Green Eagles.       The gentlemen in question said he had three units already same brand but wanted a larger one so he could do tandem rides.  I explained to him, as I do all, that tandems are Illegal in the USA without proper licensing and he seemed to be UN phased.   The unit is called the Fresh Breese Monster had called the monster which by itself retails for over 9,000 dollar the XL glider sells for over 3K that was pre inspected and sent with 4 brand new lines that he forgot to mention was inspected 2 months earlier by [redacted].com     The Back pack was sent with two brand new cage sections and a brand new wooden prop from Olympic propellers as we were getting ready to list on [redacted] so we ordered new stuff for any damaged items to increase the sale.      The trike that was sent was in perfect working order as a used trike their manufactures uses just painted welded steel and the trike goes on line for about 3K as well.   The total in goods were over 15K in retail.  I gave the customer the original owner’s information on the unit.  I told him if he wanted it I would think about it and I was going to shine it up and put it on [redacted].  He was persistent and called and emailed several times.  He asked me not to do anything just send it to him for the discounted price of 7K.   So I broke it down to two large boxes sent via [redacted] and More in Kingsland Texas.  I also gave the customer my full discount and did not charge him for anything other than what was charged to me by sending him a copy of the actual shipping receipt.    Now once the customer got the goods he called cussing and ranting.  I told him I have kids in the car can he tell me what’s wrong in a calmer manner.  I finally got him to calm down and send me actual text pictures of what was wrong and that’s when I noticed the frame was bent on the PPG.  He has never mentioned to this date anything wrong with the trike. He asked me to send everything and didn’t want to wait for me to put the brand new lines on the glider which he forgot to mention were included in the shipment.   It’s a different story with him everywhere he goes.  I finally got him to file the claim with [redacted] since they had just dropped off but he did not want to do that at all.  I know when I get a damaged package which I just got a busted printer I work with the seller to fix it verses making it a big problem.   Now that being said I told him well good thing is you will now get a brand new frame not a used one.  He seemed calmer but tried to blame the damage on me from the beginning even though I had sent pictures before shipping.  I even had pictures of it before it was packed and after as I do that to protect from fraud as this is not the first time someone has tried to fraud or strong arm me.   In his attempt to get thousands of dollars out of [redacted] ex they turned down the claim.  We resubmitted and recently like 48 hours ago [redacted] at the shipping center got a check in which I told her to send to [redacted] even though he tried to steal 7K from us with pay pal.  We had offered and paid full price for a new frame that was damaged and he still wants more.  We would have sold that package for over 10K on [redacted] but he wanted it as is.  We didn’t even wash it as he was in such a hurry to get it calling several times a day to get us to hurry to ship it.     He even lost the case with [redacted] which is un heard of.  [redacted] actually sided with us and released the hold.  The [redacted] case number was

This was closed by [redacted] as they saw we offered to pay for damage and to even have Olympic propellers send a new prop.  He stated he didn’t need the prop anymore but would rather have cash with the check to pay for the new frame.   We did include old prop parts Hence the new prop we ordered.  We though he could use a spare for his other three units he said he had.  That was included as a bonus as we would not need those old parts we included a large cage bag as well as it had the brand name on it again just extra on our part.  . After the bold face Lie we are in doubt that the prop was ever lost but still agreed to have a new one sent via the manufacture to see if that one would get lost too.   
 Based on the fact that after he was fine getting 100% of all new parts in agreement he then waited till a Friday night and filed a claim with [redacted] making our account over drawn by over 6K in which we would not find out about till the following week.    He started with first saying he didn’t get goods, then they were not as described, then 3K then 1500 then various amounts over what he had already agreed to on his own text.  I had put him in touch with [redacted] at [redacted] and more to be in the loop on the claim before he tried the scam.  She just sent him a check which he doesn’t even know about even after we won our case with Pay pal.  I did not have to do this.  It was me honoring my word and [redacted] could not believe it.  Her number is [redacted].  So [redacted] and [redacted] got a tandem unit with very low hours used for 7K below new price or half price and they had all the data before hand and they got a new frame and two new cage parts increasing the value even more.  Notice he is not asking for a refund.   My [redacted] account store is under [redacted] and I am a 450 rating perfect score.  You don’t get that by ripping people off.   I think these guys were trying to get a fourth unit for free and got busted by [redacted] in the process and are a little angry.   I fixed what was broken by shippers won case with shipper then gave him 100% of the funds.  What more does he want?  .  The sad thing is Mr [redacted] doesn’t even know that after the scam he pulled we still had a check sent to cover the frame. [redacted] didn’t even hold what we told them to pay after they investigated and you know [redacted] is almost always on the side of the buyer.   He should get it within a day or two sent from [redacted] and [redacted] and more. [redacted] is aware of the situation and you can call her to follow up.  She actually was surprised I wanted to give him anything.  Feel free to call any time as my credibility is important to me and we have worked hard to keep a perfect record.
