The managers are so rude to the customers have no respect what so ever! Need exstensive training on how to treat there customers and provide good customer service.

I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to after the appalling treatment from an employee of this company named [redacted] and management's effort to do nothing about it.

I parked my car in the garage at Helm Bank for close to 6 years and in that time there have been two previous parking garage manager's. I never had an issue with them and they were always calm and courteous. About 2-2.5 years ago a new parking manager named [redacted] took over. Never in my life have I met a more arrogant and condescending guy. I hardly had to deal with him, so I just let it go. However, in my time at parking at the Helm Bank my car was damaged about 3-4 times from a fluid that would leak from the pipes. This fluid would not come off from a car wash, but had to be taken to a professional to get taken care of. Well, the "professional" they had took the stain off the car, but always left scratch marks on my car. I told [redacted] this, but he always made excuses and would claim that there was "no proof" that this happened in the garage anyways.

The last time I had the same fluid damage in my car was in early July of 2014. I told [redacted] this and he immediately started being aggressive with me, making excuses and constantly interrupting me. He told me that his "professional" would not be able to fix it until the next day. The next day arrives and [redacted] tells me that his guy would be coming at 10:45am and he would be done in 45 mins. I asked [redacted] to call me let me know when he was done because I had to go to work because as you can imagine this was already wasting enough of my time. 2 1/2 hours go by, it's 1:15pm and I'm wondering if my car is ready because he said it would only take 45 mins. I called [redacted] and no answer from him. He calls back 5 mins later, but I missed his call and he's says "the car has been ready."

I walk into the garage lobby and [redacted] is standing there and I asked him, "How long my car has been ready for?" He replies, "It only took 45 mins and it was ready a long time ago." He told me he was going to call me and let me know my car was ready because I needed to go to work. He immediately started yelling at me, telling me "to get the F out of here" "I don't want your business anymore." Never in my life have I been treated like this the way [redacted] treated me that day. I could not believe someone could act so unprofessional to someone and in a crowded lobby nonetheless. Being harassed by someone is not a great feeling.

During his yelling and screaming at me, I didn't say a word and walked away. I called U.S. Parking management to let them know what happened and how I was poorly treated by [redacted] I spoke [redacted] in the office and told him what happened. [redacted] told me he would talk to [redacted] and call me back. [redacted] never called me back that day. I called twice the next day (which was a Friday) and still he never called me back.

On Monday morning I walked to the U.S. Parking office since [redacted] would not return my phone calls. He told me that I was the one making a scene, the building didn't want me there anymore and that security didn't want me there anymore. Hmm, I was being harassed and yelled at by your employee [redacted] yet I'm making the scene. Security doesn't want me in there anymore? I'm the person that talks to the same security lady everyday and she tells me about her family, deaths in her family, what's she doing, how she's doing and I've given her gifts etc., but all of a sudden she wants me out now? Sounds sketchy.

I walked over the Helm Bank talked to the security lady and told her what U.S.Parking said and she said, she never said that. I spoke with the building manager and he said, that he never said he wanted me out of the building and that he never had a problem with me.

So basically [redacted] from U.S. Parking lied to me and told me things that weren't true. If he had investigated the matter he would have known that there was a camera in the lobby that filmed the whole thing. Although there is no audio, it would have shown [redacted] in my face and you would have been able to tell he was screaming at me. Also, [redacted] could have asked anyone in the lobby that was there to verify what I had said or even ask anyone in the management office because they might have been able to hear it.

Any reputable business would take the necessary action if a customer told them that they felt harassed and verbally abused by an employee, but not U.S. Parking. That just goes to show what kind of people they are especially after lying to my face telling me things that just weren't true. After spending thousands of dollars in parking after six years and to be treated like this is just depicable and disgusting. I would tell anyone to beware of doing business with [redacted] and U.S. Parking because they are just dishonest and deceitful people.

This will not be an anonymous post. I stand by every word I said.
