DON'T GET RIPPED OFF by these con artistsAfter I requested information from them and receiving a call, I decided not to do business with them (they woman was rude) The site said there was a non refundable $fee which I was okay with - lessons learned However, they have taught me a more expensive lesson - buried in terms and conditions are other fees, THEY HAVE CHARGED ME $FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, said I did not cancel I guess not sending them my passport information, not calling them, not emailing was not enough to cancel What business has you cancel something that you never use????? Passport has not arrived as promised "passport sent" actually means shipping label preparedfedex says no shipment receivedI confirmed six overseas flights after hearing from them, planning to be gone two weeks They have my live passport, hundreds of dollars for the "service" and many thousands of dollars lost because I have no passport There is no emergency number, no explanation, no one in on Saturday One of the most horrible consumer experiences I have ever had
And their website is designed to make you think you are dealing with the US Government!!!! I had already hit key buttons and been charged before I realized it was a private company
I cancelled my passport request with these people two days after I made it. They cancelled, sent me an email, and said that I would receive a refund, to my credit card, in two weeks (minus a $45 nonrefundable fee). Five weeks went by, no refund. I called them up and they, Oh, we just refunded it two days ago. Wait 5 business days for it to show up on your credit card online data. I waited a week, no refund. I just opened a dispute via my credit card company, the results are pending. This company is shady at best, an outright fraud at worse. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
Just ripped off by this company. The non refundable few is now $50- not $45. I was online looking to get a passport- not in a hurry AT ALL and somehow ended up at this ridiculous sight. As soon as I placed an order and got to the next page I sent an email immediately asking to cancel. When I finally spoke to a representative they basically told me I should have read closer- HOW ARE THEY STILL UP AND RUNNING THIS SIGHT?
Total Scam!!! Do not use them. Two minutes into filling out their form, I realized that their "online" service still requires you to snail-mail paper documents. The only thing online was a way to get my credit card info a list of required documents that I could have gotten at the post office... So I tried to cancel their service and found out that during that two minutes they'd already charged my credit card for the full amount plus fees. I was informed that they would be keeping their $45 non-refundable fee (even though no services were rendered). I'll get the rest of my refund in about two weeks!
This is what just 3 minutes with this company was like! I was a fool, but you don't have to be. Don't trust this company!!!
Now I know why it is SO IMPORTANT to research the reviews before getting involved with a company who Supposedly is in conjunction with the US Passport Agency. They are the absolute Worst company I have EVER worked with and they put me through [redacted] with the legal procedures of renewing my passport. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE. You can do it yourself and they prey on people who just want to expedite this.
The gentleman (I use this term very loosely) I spoke to was rude and abrupt and not helpful at all. He is the problem with this business being flagged! I know he sabotaged my packet to make things harder for me to get my passport renewed. I am certain of this and the Female Manager was no help as she NEVER responded to my email asking to help resolve the issue I was having with her co-worker.
This company is a sham and I do not know how they are allowed to continue operating with the illusion that they are part of the US Passport division. It shows that ANYONE can be allowed a license to steal.
