Placed an order on 12/4 for an item they said was in stock. A week later sent email asking about order status. Got a canned response telling me they are busy. A week later did the same...got the same canned response. 12/22, and still waiting. Tried calling multiple times...it just rings. No VM. Looked them up on BBB. Hundreds of complaints about orders NOT being filled. They claim to be veterans. No honorable veteran acts this way.

On December 17, 2018, the company was paid the remaining balance of a casket. The company delivered a casket, but was notified that the casket was not to be delivered. The casket was still delivered despite the notification of “stop delivery”.

Correspondence was continued, but no there was no additional reciprocity in communication.

I again, formally requested the casket be retrieved, but was ignored.

I sent a complaint to the company, called several times, requested a return phone call, and still nothing.

I called the 800 number, then finally spoke to someone and she said she would send a message. I then received a call from a DELIVERY guy who said he doesn’t know what’s happening and doesn’t have any info. Essentially, ending the phone call saying he can’t help me.

To this date, I have yet to hear from someone who can help.

If I could give your company a negative star, I would.

I purchased (2) packages of the Soffe Tees, Desert Sand on May 30th. Along with that purchase, I payed for next day shipping. I did not receive these items until June 4th. When I called to inquire as to why the order had not arrived... I was informed, first, that they did not ship on the weekends? Second, that somewhere in their fine print, it states that they may, at their discretion, take up to (3) days to ship an order... Although, when you call the customer service line, before ever talking to a representative for the Company, US Patriot Tactical bombards you with a litany of expedited service and delivery.

We purchased our mailing list from a mailing house and this list was supposed to only include veterans. We do not know how this individual's name got on the mailing list and we have informed the mailing house to delete the individual's name from all future mailings. I contacted the individual in writing via e-mail. Please see attached supporting documentaion.
