I am rejecting this response because:
This company did me a great disservice with the pricing of the move and the time it took to move my belonging.this company also held my furniture and belonging hostageUntil I paid themI stand by my first complaint theyshould not be a licensed companyThey maneuver the move to their benefitThey are very misguiding and misleading.These guys are not professional moversNo one at this company gave me any indication changing the date was a problem.they agreed to the change within minutesThey had no other job that's why the dragged the move to nine hours.I did not have that amount of furnitureI had Boxed that were easily moveableI think this company needs More than A slap on the handThey really need to be accountableConversations with this company were all about how good theybeleive they are, and explaining how the Revdex.com worksThis person was very argumentative that was his way of dealing

I am rejecting this response because: we have been trying since we moved in to resolve this matter and the company has stalled. I have a history of email correspondence between myself and *** and will gladly forward it. When I last contacted them I was told that they were too busy to address my concerns and it would have to wait until next month - meaning July - I never heard from them until I filed this complaint and I have still not heard from them. The breaks to the furniture and glass in the china breakfront are new breaks - all furniture was in storage for a period of over years - there is no dirt or grit or dust in any of the breaks as there was in other items which were damaged - you can clearly tell from looking at them that these are clean breaks. I found crystal pieces in the street outside my home where they unloaded the trust but have been unable to match them up with anything that I have unpacked. My neighbors will attest to the fact that there were boxes left all over my front lawn and porch. As for their delay in arriving and then delivering the furniture I am sure that we can obtain receipts from the appropriate bridge and turnpike authorities. We can also produce phone records which can establish when we contacted the actual moving crew and when they called us to tell us that they were delayed.

To Revdex.comI disagree with this complain for 99%.Everything says by the customer need to be checked by us.. I will contact them today or tomorrow to make an appointment for check up..They added additional stuff and additional service was requested..A lot of furniture and boxes were in terrible
condition before we touch itNot true!

Thank you for your email. I would like to confirm that the moving pricewill be based on hourly rate $115 including 3 movers and truck. The packing materials are at additionalcost except moving blankets that we provide for free. Includingthe labor and the travel time your move should take around 6-7 hours,based on that the approximate price is $690-$805.Please confirm if you agree with estimate sowe could process the deposit for your move on February 23rd, 2015 at 9 a.m.Also, in our email said that all packing materials are at additional charge and it was explained twice..Once over the phone before a deposit, and again on her moving day that always been approved by [redacted]..We are licensed moving company and should follow our rules to pack everything properly..on the moving day we agreed that small glass items we can put in her car, so don't pay us for packing of light pictures etc.so, I know, in case we break stuff it is an issue for another complain.The deposit she paid us was included in the final bill and deducted from the amount..At the End I want to say that we contacted [redacted] to resolve the problem by returning $100 just as a courtesy but she declined this offer.Everything else was professional, accurate and we are not available for any other offers at this time.

I am rejecting this response because: As of July 22, 2014 at 11:21AM we  have not been contacted by the company - this has now been going on for too long.  Some sort of formal resolution needs to happened or else we will be forced to initiate a lawsuit.

Review: I communicated with this company through email quoted a price $690.00 or highest $805.00 for 6-7 hours

Movers arrived late immediately tried to charge me for items I did not need. I had my belonging boxed and ready to

Go . After calling the company and taking extras they started to remove some of my items. I only had one whole room of furniture bedroom. Others items a couch china cabinet 3 end tables and all boxes packed securely.

They started at 10:10am and preceded to take the snails pace in moving my belonging to the truck taking talking breaks

And cigarette breaks. furniture was finally all on the truck at 1:30 pm already. I arrived at the new location waited for almost an hour or longer I believe they stopped for break. Once they arrived I asked did they get lost they say no.

They stay in truck for 10 minutes while I'm waiting for my furniture. He comes In my house finally with the paper

Work tells me I have to pay him now before he removes furniture from truck. Then I look and the bill is now

$1100.00 does not make sense I'm tired now and want my furniture. This has been the longest

Move in history. Which I'm positive that they stretched out. I pay as I want my belonging. He informs me it will

Take until 6:00pm. No way I'm thinking. As they drag and take time I think I will pay no more to them.

Then they finish half hour earlier but do not refund my money they want to keep for a tip. I was cheated from

The beginning of the move and my furniture held hostage unless I paid upfront. I do not believe this is the

First time or last for these guys. They increase my bill to justify their means not for the benefit of the public.

I feel devastated by their actions and sick that I fell for it all because of my relocation, in addition I paid my

Deposit thru [redacted] which I do not believe was even deducted as they knew the price they wanted it was

Review: I had the movers give me an estimate with a flat rate which I agreed to pay. I paid half upfront. Which was 782.50 by check. They wanted cash upon delivery. He agreed my belongings would be picked up 6/19/2013 which was done that exact day. Delivery was supposed to be no later than 6/25/2013. I was not given a phone call as to their whereabouts. I waited all day with no delivery. I called and was told there was a delay. I have a child here in an empty apartment. I now have extra expenses for food clothes and bedding for each day they are late. It is now 6/28/2013 and the movers said it would be here today. Yet again no phone call to apologize or explain why they are late. I'm left waiting. Now the movers say the delivery truck will depart Monday. There is no excuse as to why my things should not be here. I am currently sharing an air mattress with my 8 year old child in an empty apartment.Desired Settlement: I want a discount or compensation for all the added expenses I had to pay for. I also want my belongings delivered so I can live under appropriate conditions for my daughter.

Yes, we are late with that delivery because a serious reason. The furniture will be delivered on July 7, 2013. Then we will give a huge discount and our apology to [redacted]. We hope to resolve that problem at the same day with this customer. Also, I will notify Revdex.com the result.

Review: They charged $1,000 over their estimate. They damaged furniture and broke glassware. They were over an hour late in arriving and then claimed they got stuck in traffic between Pennsylvania and New Jersey and were delayed over 3 hours - all of which it turns out they charged me for. They broke the back of a chair to my formal dinning room set, they broke a glass panel in my china cabinet for same set, they broke the back of a wicker sofa, they broke numerous items of Waterford crystal, the did not assemble anything, contrary to their contract and stated list of "services provided" what they did was leave boxes stacked on my front porch and lawn, at midnight. It was a total nightmare. This is not my first move, so I do know what to expect from moving companies, this was a most unpleasant experience. We have tried to schedule appointments with the company to have them come and examine the damage and it has been one excuse after the other. I told them that I wanted to file an insurance claim for the damage and they keep stalling. They blamed the breaks on my husband which is not true, the chair, sofa and the glass panel in the china cabinet are fresh. Not only that but we found pieces of glass and crystal in the street the following day where they had parked their truck to unload.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay the cost to repair the furniture and replace the glass panel in the china cabinet and some type of reimbursement for the broken crystal. I cannot recoup the $1,000 over their estimate I paid, nor can one put a price on the horrific moving experience, their delay in arriving in not only Pennsylvania but also at our new home. My husband and I both feel that it this matter was handled in the most unprofessional way by this company.
