On Feb 20, 2020 I placed and order for 3 hats and received confirmation that the order was placed. They Deducted the payment for the order. their Website says they ship orders out in 7 to 10 days. I waited over 2 weeks and I still never seen the order getting shipped. I contact their Customer Support via e-mail and received a reply saying their suppliers were having trouble getting material. I gave then another 7 to 10 days and still hadn't seen anything getting shipped. I then started trying to contact them a number of times to have them cancel the order and I finally got a response after many attempts stating that the order has been cancelled. That was on 3/22/20. Now as of 3/27/20 I still have not received the refund in my account. I have attempted to contact them yet again and again with no response. I want my money. I realize it isn't a lot of money but the principle is more important. they need to be more responsible.

Ordered a hat from *** on Feb 8th as of Feb 27 I had not Received it I emailed them they said it would ship in 2 days as of march 6 I haven't received any shipping info from them I emailed them they emailed me shipping confermation and tracking info through UPS I tracked it throughout the week it kept saying a shipping label was created and UPS was waiting on package on march 12 I emailed them to find out what was going on march 13 they emailed me back and said that UPS was having delays on scanning packages due to the corona virus I contacted UPS they said that was not true they were on Schedule with scanning and pickup and delivery they also ran the tracking number again it said the same thing a shipping label was created and that ups has not received the package I emailed them back and told them what ups said and that I want a refund since they have not shipped it yet they emailed me back on the 14th and told me the same thing that ups was behind due to the corona virus I told them again that was not true and to refund my money I haven't heard any thing back from them I also seen remarks on their advertisement on face book from other people not receiving their orders but for them to use the corona virus as an excuse is uncalled for I just want my money refunded to me. thank you

On March 9, 2020, I placed an order with my cc and received an email stating the following "we're getting your order ready". And an option to view my order and was provided an order number. I have checked the order number several times and it states no order number exists. The payment was withdrawn from my cc account and I cannot get any confirmation from the company regarding my order. I called the support number but it is a google subscriber phone number. I have emailed the support email on the site with no response. I do not know what else to do as I feel I have been dupped. There is a Facebook account that can be reached but I cannot access it because I am not on social media and have no accounts. I really do not know what else to do because I feel I paid for the hats I ordered yet there is no staus or record of my order on their site but I have my cc statement and their email confirming they received payment in full.
