Review: I used RaceIt.com to register for a 10k race in March 2014. When I registered, I was charged twice for my registration. I sent repeated emails and phone calls to Race It in an attempt to get my money refunded and they all went unreturned, despite receiving confirmation emails that somebody would get back to me. It wasn't until I posted a complaint on their [redacted] page that somebody finally got back to me, two months later. The representative I talked to tried to convince me that I'd been refunded $50 but my statements showed I hadn't been refunded anything and the amount I should be refunded was $63.55, so even their total was wrong. After 12 days, I emailed them again and they finally told me they had refunded me $40 but were charging me over $20 because of a bogus fee that in no way applies to the circumstances and failed to refund me for a parking pass that I was charged for but didn't get. It's now been 10 weeks and I have not received my refund. But my purchase is accruing interest on my credit card. They have not sufficiently refunded my money and have tried their best to drag out the process and not refund me what has been unduly kept from me. I have given them plenty of time to correct their ineptitude and they have shown me nothing but determination to hold on to my money for as long as possible. Not only has it caused me unnecessary stress and frustration, but it's put a huge damper on my pending race and I am really angry about it.Desired Settlement: I would like my complete refund of $63.55 immediately, plus the Revdex.com to know that this company seems pretty intent on swindling users out of their money.

Review: I signed up for a half marathon which was to take place in September 2014. In August 2014 I inquired about transferring my registration to a friend. RaceIt and Beat The Blerch ([redacted]) advised that I could transfer it to my friend, he would pay the registration fee, and RaceIt would refund me. In between registering for the race and transferring the registration my debit card was changed by my bank so I had a different number associated with my account. Even though the bank assured me that refunds go to the account and not the card, I never have received a refund. I have tried following up numerous times and have been unsuccessful. To this day I have not received a refund for my registration and parking fees that I paid. I have requested a physical check be sent to me but that has not happened, either. At first they were communicative but now they are outright ignoring me. My Registration ID is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like EVERYTHING refunded to me at this point.
