We were put into contract to US Realty because we wanted to go through ***.com to list our home in the MLSUS Realty was a third party in the aid to complete the submission of ensuring our home go onto the MLS as well as on Realtor websitesWe submitted payment in full to US Realty on May 5th and completed all paperwork by May 8thUS Realty failed us in their business contract agreement to us due to simply not reviewing all email communications and form submissions that we had completed in full to themI emailed their Processing Department twice in question why after weeks our home was not yet up on Realtor websitesIt was communicated to me via phone conversation today, May 16th, that I had made due to client complaint and lapse in their commitment to me as their client and our signed business contract, that it was because I did not email back an addendum stating the owners of our home to complete the business contract terms on their endI told their customer servic

I signed up for this business (and confused it with another with the same name, but in NY!) to put my house on the mlsI signed up for the $plan because it said we could cancel free at any time
Only after we signed up could we peruse the contract and discovered that there were hundreds of dollars of hidden fees listed in the contract$on closing, $to a local realtorUp to $in cancellation fees if you cancel (not free as advertised) and a minimum of $to cancel if you don't even use their services! Plus if you sue or dispute, they automatically charge you $This really discourages people from disputing unfair charges or suing for advertising because they have your credit card number held hostage
My advice to everyone would be read the contract BEFORE you give them your credit card number because there are a lot of hidden fees involved in this business, despite their claims you can cancel free at any time

Company charged a hidden "signing" fee of $upon the lease of a property that I had them listI contacted the company who stated that the fee was in a contract that they had me sign prior to listingI reviewed the contract again and did not find any clear explanation of the feeThey pointed to an ambiguous clause that also states that all fees were paid upfrontI requested a refund because I was unaware of the fees and it was obviously not clearThe fees are also directly against all of their advertisingRefund deniedThe company provided me no services in regards and did not provide me with the tenant or lead to the tenantThe company provided no other service

This company charged my credit card $without authorization nor a valid reason

I signed up for a day special online with USRealty.com for $ They advertise they will get you on the MLS and multiple sites for the special price of $ After completing all of the information of my house for sale online I waited weeks for my listing on *** to and other sites to be posted Nothing ever posted unfortunately The MLS was listed incorrectly that my home was levels also I called for help with USrealty only to be told they are not affiliated with the MLS and can not help I was allowed to speak with any managers for help either Frustrated I canceled my listing withUSRealty expecting to owe the $charge and cut my losses I get a phone call from a collection agency telling me I owe over $to USRealty This is rediculous business practices and feel this online company is totally bait and switching customers
