I am rejecting this response because: There was not four consecutive months of returned paymentsthat doesn't even makes senseThat bank account closed because the bank, itself closed, which was ***I had to open a new bank account with a different bank, and I paid this loan off from my new bank account, a long time agoYou are incorrect

There were no other payments made on this loan.
