Horrible "Middle Men" ... Even more Horrible Contractors
***DON'T TOUCH THESE GUYS WITH A POLE*** Seriously steer clear if you value your sanity and hard earned money. They'll give you a very low quote to make you sign up and then when you're most vulnerable, on the day of the move they'll start adding ridiculous charges to your bill. "$250 for Bulky Items" what did you think you would be lifting during a house move? To add on to that, they know they're being paid by the hour so they'll take their own sweet time. 12 hours for a 3 bedroom townhouse move locally. SERIOUSLY! And the contractors are unprofessional and con artists "Apartment Movers Plus" they lost my furniture and damaged a lot of the stuff as well... Showed up without any equipment, not even a tool box... I had to lend my tools that I had already packed and that too were taken away or lost. I cannot believe that my new house experience was totally destroyed by these hooligans. Please Steer Clear of both US Relocations & Apartment Movers Plus

I found US Relocation to be excellent! They sub-contracted movers in my area and they were excellent also. No hiccups at all. Found the pricing reasonable. I would recommend them all day long!!!

I was shopping around for a mover for an in-state relocation and requested quotes from a number of companies, some of which were absurd for a relatively small job. I came across US Relocation Inc. and decided to give them a shot. The quote was a third of what some other companies pitched so I was suspicious at first. Well I was wrong. The people they engaged were amazing -- nice guys who were more efficient than I could imagine. They secured, loaded, beat me to the new apartment and unloaded in less time than I imagined. The cost was exactly what I was quoted, no hidden fees. The company stayed in touch for the week leading up to the move and followed up to see how everything went. If I ever move again, I know who to call.

Movers were unprofessional. Kept asking questions about my items and letting me know they would like to have them. They damaged a night table that I purchased in 1977, sent pictures of the damage to business owners. They said they would get back with me, never did. I did not get compensated for my loss. I was charged $50 extra to wrap a tv. All they did was throw a blanket over it before they loaded it onto the truck. They were supposed to assemble my water bed at my new home. They put in just a few screws and three pieces behind the bed so I didn’t see them and they wouldn’t have to assemble them. I have never paid movers and this experience has left me timid of ever trusting movers again. I always assumed professionalism in this field and compensation for tearing up my furniture, but neither happened. I would never recommend this company!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! They give you a competitive estimate so that you agree to hire them. Our initial estimate was very low. That was one of the reasons we hired them. First, when they were loading our stuff, only 2 people came. However they charged us for 3 people (hourly rate for 3 people). Since the rate was hourly, they worked slowly on purpose. They broke our light and they scratched the bed causing the paint to come off. The worst part was when they were unloading. They unloaded less than half of our stuff and we got a call from the office in NJ. They sweet-talked at first asking for the full amount on the basis of rough estimate before they even finished unloading. The worker stopped working and said that we have to pay the full amount in cash or they are leaving with our stuff. Where was I supposed to get that kind of money?! We went into a full argument with the management and another thing was that they charged us for 3 workers when there was only 2. The argument went so dirty that I don’t want to talk to these people again for the damage they did to my stuff. They are asking extra money from the initial estimate by adding extra hours. They’ll be nice to you at first, give you a reasonable amount and everything. Then demand full money. I’ve moved many times and this is the worst experience by far.
I repeat, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE!!

HI *** We would like to extend to you our most sincere apologies regarding your recent Local Move within TX. Thank you for taking the time for your feedback however We would like to keep you informed that we strive to make every move successful and always work with customers to find reasonable solutions.
We Agreed to pick up your household goods on 2/4/2020 and delivery the next day i.e. 2/5/2020 and we only charged for the number of hours It took to perform the move. I would like to provide a detailed explanation here, Our Clock started when we reached your origin and we stopped the clock upon completion of loading ( 4 Hours and 25 minutes ) and instead of 5 hours drive we only charged for 4 hours and 30 minutes of Drive time and the next day it took us 4 hours to Complete the delivery. Overall it took us 12 Hours and 30 Minutes to move a Full truck load.
We Agreed to send 3 guys at the origin however due to some miscommunication with the move coordinator and dispatcher, we had only 2 guys at the origin and they are professionally trained team and while move the items through staircase one of the shades broke for which we apologize. When we inquired about the breakage we found out it was a shade that we get in *** After thoroughly reviews all the details we offered a discount of $125.00 on top of the 30 minutes’ Drive time deduction to cover the 3rd crew member at the origin for (4.5 Hours X $20.00 = $90 + another $35 for breakage) as per our standard hourly tariff.
Our payment policy is to collect the full amount right before we finish the job, and collect a deposit in order to secure a move date. We had also reached you few days after the move to apologize and you accepted our apologies, we are surprised to see your review. Once again, we at US Relocation Inc always strive to make every move successful and a stress free experience.

Great customer support that communicated though-out the process and fast delivery and setup.

I wanted a smooth, hassle-free move, and that is what I got with US Relocation. Carlos, William, and Cole arrived right on time and got right to work. I was impressed with the care they took, making sure nothing got dirty or broken, and that the customer (me) was happy.
The weather turned nasty and Carlos had a long, challenging drive, but the team remained cheerful, with everything and everyone arriving in good order.
I really appreciated the team's energy and expertise. It was the easy move (for me. I didn't lift a thing!) I wanted for a reasonable price, and I would recommend them!

Movers were very nice and worked very hard. Had expected floors to be protected from tracking in dirt but this did not happen.

They did a great job. Quote and final charge matched. Ray's Movers were the local moving company and they did a fantastic job.

The movers they sent where professional and knew how to get the job done fast.

Move was easy. Movers came on time and. Imported the move within estimated time with no damage.

I contacted US Relocation to facilitate a move from *** to *** Originally the pickup was scheduled for Nov 29, 2019,. I then received a call informing me that the pickup date had to be moved to Dec 1, 2019. After a few days I was informed I had to move the pickup date again. My stuff was picked up on Dec 3, 2019. Delivery was set for Dec 14, 2019. I was called and informed that delivery was setup for after the 14th. I have attempted to call US Relocation and never get an answer and I am unable to leave a voice mail. I asked about making my payment for what owe and received an email followed by a call stating to hold off on payment until a delivery a date was set. No further contact from US Relocation has been received.

Thank you for taking time to contact US Relocation Inc to explain the issues that have occurred during your relocation. We regret the inconvenience you have experienced and understand that you were unhappy about not getting the timely response for your concern.

The initial pick up date for the move was scheduled for 28th Nov’2019 and later it was moved to Dec 1st 2019 but because it was a thanksgiving weekend we could not arrange a carrier on the scheduled date and thus requested to re-scheduled the move date as 12/03/2019.

The assigned carrier picked up the stuff on Dec 3rd, 2019 and it was a local one-day job. We were not informed at the time of booking that you were looking for storage for few days and it was told only on the pickup date, the carrier agreed to provide a storage and scheduled the delivery on Dec 14th, 2019.

The delivery was scheduled for the said date but during the transition from the storage to the destination the truck broke down and it had to be towed to the nearest garage for the repair and it took 2 days to get it fixed but because it was a holiday time, we could not find a driver who would take the truck from the garage and deliver the belongings to the destination and it got more delayed.

We kept you posted about the delay and finally the belongings were delivered on 12/30/2019. Upon the delivery, you informed the carrier that few items were missing, and the carrier delivered the missing items in couple of days and did not charge for the 2nd delivery and we did waived off the storage charges of $195.00 from the final invoice as a token of apology.

We extend our apologies for the inconvenience that has caused, and we will make every effort to see that our customer support is available during the holiday period.

Excellent services. I recommend for competitive pricing, communication, and prompt/on time delivery. Mehtab was very professional.

Be very careful with this company. They will give you a very low estimate to get you to hire them then when it is to late to hire someone else your estimate goes up very drastically. My final bill was almost three time the estimate. And wile they were packing I got a call saying my deposit was not enough and they wanted more. They also tried to only send half the people and trucks I was promised. And to top it all off they refused to unload my household goods off the truck until I paid them in full. I will say that the workers they sent to do the packing were very nice and hard workers. The actual workers are the only reason I gave any stars at all.
